Thank god someone else is having the same problems!!! This happened to me and I got a new AFM now it doesnt seem to loose power or rev up and down on its own from 1000 to 2000rpm. But with the new AFM constantly stalls just on idle! and the car seems to idle very rough sometimes. I was told my ecu had F%^$$ itself. However I dout it. the new AFM i have int the same model no to the 1 i had so maybe I have to hunt for the same. Let me know how u guys go im just keenb to have my car back to normal again!! cheers

I'm in need of a green stickered 1. thnx anyway g/l wif sale! -
I own a 89 r32 gtst 4 door. I had troubles with the car firstly when driving on highway doin 100 then just all of a sudden power loss to 2500rpm. it was like a rev limiter was set at 2500rpm wen u tried to exceed this it would would feel like a fuel cut. When u pulled ova the car would rev constantly up and down itself from 1000rpm to 2000rpm. you could turn the car off then start it say after 5 mins and it work perfectly fine. I had a green stickered AFM and wen i went for a trip to brisbane I bought a second hand one supposedly off a 92 model gtst but with a orange sticker. i put it in and the same. once i was home i checed att pins in AFM and put the new AFM back in and now doesnt lose power anymore at all!!! BUT wen u flat foot it it boosts fine and goes great till u hit say 4500rpm and engine finds hard to keep revving and boost is there but not much go like in lower ranges. Does any1 recomend me finding another AFM with same green sticker and serial no?? its all stock car except exhaust. thnx in advance for any thoughts
