believe it or not but swimming and the right diet just shreads it off me ..... you would think swimming wouldnt do much but for some reason it always really kicks in my metabolism .... im always so hungry afterwards n if i dont give in and snack afterwards i just drop weight off. im not a running person i have bad knees

yeah because WA has so many other resourceful threads at the moment ..... and the quality justs going to go ...up, up, up when you shut down whoretown .... the first thing we do when someone opens up a shitty trivial thread like some we've seen in the past is tell them to discuss it in whoretown first instead of starting up a thread for it. Soon as you shut down Whoretown your going to have all these shitty little "tufa" like threads again. Whoretown isnt even used as much as it used to be ..... in fact its probably used 1/3 not even that as much as it used to be used so i dont know where the bandwidth issue comes in.
