hey E_Lu-SHuN, what did you do with your auto gearbox if you don't mind me asking? I've done the same conversion but for a coupe and have now got an auto gear box, dash cluster, gear surround etc sitting in my shed! just wanted to know what you did with yours so i can do the same!!

So considering these lights are not RED your colour code rule seems to say they'll be fine?

Hey Guys! Just picked up my new 34 about a week ago, one question, the HICAS & ABS lights seem to be permanently on. Is this how they're supposed to be or should they only come on if active or if there are problems? Thanks

Hey Guys! Anyone know anywhere within Aus where Tommy Kaira R34 GT-t parts able to be found? is there any dealers in Aus that sell this stuff or does it need to be shipped in from Japan?

Cars not complied until the plate is stuck on her!!! I guess what i meant is that the workshop had approved to have the paperwork submitted and have the plate applied for! Dezz im in Adelaide but the 34 is being imported through a WA based group, so all of the compliance work is going to be completed over there, then sent over here VIA train to be registered in SA. Compliance has taken quite some time for mine as it had a reasonable amount of modifications, and there has been some difficulty in securing stock parts to allow the car to pass compliance. Its been a long wait for me, but hopefully the wait will be over soon! I'm sure it'll all be worth it once i've got the 34!!!!!! I'm not a big fan of TE37's myself, so im contemplating selling the rims, only if i can find another pair im interested in though.

ah ok, yeah definitly landed just had the compliance plate applied for like tuesday this week, should by complied by late next week, then having some work done on the car, so shouldn;t be too much longer till i get her!!

SteveL: Thanks for all the details. They were really helpful. If i get a VIN of a manual and a VIN of a Tipronic will that give you the info you need for the specific part numbers?

Hey people! just got a quick question for whoever knows the most about the Skyline range here..... I've just imported an R34 GT-t Tiptronic Auto and am organising to have a conversion to the 5spd manual done, but am having trouble locating a pedal box for the 34, i was wondering if the pedal box for the R33 is the same part as on the R34? Let me know if this is the case, thanks OR, even better, if you could supply a part number that would be awesome, thanks. Scott
