not the best upgrade, go a high flow with steel wheels they are to limited by the ceramic wheel. boost it too much or get it too hot and bang. they do make the same power with less boost but you also get more lag.

looking for $250 for the turbo, will advise when Im ready to sell. I removed it thinking that it had a bearing noise, turned out to be a pin hole in the dump pipe making the loud whistle,not the turbo.

the sleves themselves are only about 2-3mm thick so the spring seat id would be more like 55mm-56mm

no, they will suit a strut with a 49-50mm od. the od of the actual spring is about 75mm. with circlip type shocks you would not need these as you adjust the hight with the circlips. these you screw up and down to adjust the hight they actually came of a cd honda accord, I was going to use them on my old car.

arc air boxes do not look stock at all mate. they are good though
