  1. Some further info on the cover: The original supplier cover supplier link The product is called: NOAH "NOAH barrier fabric actually stops water, yet it "breathes" to allow any trapped moisture, seam seepage or condensation to easily evaporate. The unique construction process (patent pending) results in a cover with maximum all-weather protection...highly water resistant, dust resistant, UV resistant and breathable to make sure moisture and/or heat don't stay under the cover. Made in the U.S. by Kimberly-Clark, the fabric weighs only 4.45 oz./sq. yd., so it's easy to handle and fold." It features 3 layers: Protective Outer Layers - A bi-component spunbond, using sheath-core technology. The inner core is polypropylene for strength, with a polyethylene wrap for softness. A silver-gray color was selected because of its heat-resistant properties. The fabric is also treated with UV inhibitors for extended outdoor use. Micro-Porous Middle Layer - The barrier layer is breathable film, a proprietary stretch-film technology developed exclusively for Kimberly-Clark. The film is stretched and subjected to a chemical process that creates microscopic holes smaller than droplets of water or dust, yet large enough to allow moisture vapor to escape. Soft, Paint-Protecting Inner Layer - A bi-component fabric made with polyethylene and nylon. This combination results in an exceptionally high strength-to-weight ratio, with the "soft touch" necessary for today's water-based paint finishes.
  2. BUMP! By the way, anyone with car ads on carsales.com - just a heads up to look out for auto generated inquiries. Had some from a dodgy bloke in UK, and reported it to carsales.

  6. As I am selling my R34 GTT I thought I'd better sell this car cover as well: This is custom made to fit the R34 2 door Skylines snuggly, and really is a high quality product. You wont find this one at your local auto shop! Quality stitching, and soft to touch yet hard wearing - the cover is made up of three layers: - a water proof outer layer - a tough wearing inner layer - a soft inner layer so as not to scratch your beloved Skyline! It has only been used a few times and is like new, no rips or tears. This is perfect for the super fussy (like me) R34 Skyline owner. I had to do a lot of hunting around to find this cover originally and it cost FAR MORE than I have it listed below! Selling for $150 ONO Pick up only! Elwood, Melbourne PM me with any offers Cheers, Jay 0413 122 695

  11. PRICE $26,990 ONO. 5 SPEED MANUAL, TURBO, SERIES 2 This R34 S2 has really been looked after well, with oil and filter changed (Mobil 1) every 5,000 km and recently had its 100k major service. Runs beautifully, with smooth idle and no bumps and squeeks. Has had an easy life having never seen a race track and always garaged. Paint is in great condition and R34s look great in Blue! Also being a series 2, has the updated interior and a few more horsies. (363 Nm) Originally I imported this Skyline from Yokohama in Japan and have owned it for 2 years now. Unforutanely there is no space left in the garage for her now, so she has to go! As you can see, besides the spoiler the car is relatively stock besides the following: *HKS Super dragger exhaust. *Blitz - Pod filter *Clarion Amp *Hertz Front Splits and Rears (very decent for those into car audio) *Sound Proofing on Driver & Pax doors. *Pioneer Deck (with iPod connector) *Autowatch Alarm (Central Locking) *Xenons Regretful sale, this car is truly immaculate. Negiotable (a little) on price & no swaps. Please feel free to inspect in person. Cheers, Jay 041 3122 695

  13. Had this exact problem in my 34 GTT Changed out old plugs (1.1mm) with some .8mm copper plugs and now she runs sweeeeeeet!! Had a close look at my coil packs but they looked in good nick, no cracks that I could see. I would suggest to re-gap your plugs or just put some smaller gap copper plugs (~$20 all up!) before lashing out on some splitfires. Though wouldn't mind some splitfires myself. Iridiums/plats are a good idea on the gtt's simply because changing plugs is a bit of a pain in the butt.
  14. Was wondering why pics didn't looking anything like my engine bay! Title refers to N/A as opposed to 25GTT There is a great tute around for changing coil packs on a GTT; http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Di...tml&hl=coil Pretty much exactly the same steps reqd for changing the plugs - bit of compressed air in a can was handy to blast away the dust/gunk/crap before putting new plugs in. Don't overtighten the plugs and it's pretty straightforward. I used copper plugs gapped to .8mm and solved all my missing when coming on boost issues. One tip - which sounds a bit odd, but may help someone - before taking off the coil pack cover take off the oil cap. Otherwise it is super tight to get the cover out. Hope this helps.
  15. be interesting to see if 'magically' some yellow trimmed WRX seats are up for sale some time soon... i loved those recaros too =(
  16. Cheers mate, I think I may scope out the area today... possibly if they can't drive the car may be round the corner wrapped around a tree or something. worth a try anywayz
  17. I mean where the hell do these cars go?? Apparently a few WRXs have gone "missing" this week
  18. If anybody see's this WRX around town please contact me immediately!! Jay - 041 3122 695 As it is an EVO 4 the yellow paint sure stands out, and has custom WA plates: JJ 20 WA. This car was parked on New Beach Rd - DARLING POINT (just located off New South Head Rd) and was stolen around 1AM this morning (17/3/06) Luckily I have comprehensive insurance on the car (Just Car). The car also has a Viper alarm system, though they seemed to get around that pretty easily! No smashed glass...possibly a Hiab jobby? Any help would be much appreciated.
