yeah man i'll see if any of them will want to roll in your car... send me some pictures (they are all asian i think) so you know where i'm coming from right? i might get like a whole different range of cars for him and they can ride in 3 different cars over the night... get to know more people and experience different sorts of cars, oh my god i'm a genius oh an pm sent Matt and i'll also add R32 GTR's to that list too
-
LOL MATT hahaha because there may be a need for a fair few cars yeah when it comes later to the date maybe around early january everyone can start sending pictures of their cars as to how they'll look on the night so we can get this thing organised... congrats on having the bodywork finished dude, nice to hear it's coming along well! LOL totally forgot to add, yeah man no worries, just sent me some photos so i can show my mate... and two single girls man i won't guarantee anything but i'll try, just for you
-
i was involved with something like this myself in '05 when i was a leaver for our ball yet we got the SWA guys to help us out and there's not many 4 door Silvia' around hahaha was a great night, oh yeah 350Z's too lol if there's HEAPS of interest we can have one car per person possibly and if it's a two door car with at least four seats, the chicks can sit at the front i reckon
-
pm me your details i'll get you an unbeatable price job/awesome quality
-
that's odd though man, you said my car is dodgey and it's an R34 as well but it doesn't do this at all...?
-
lol Sunny, photos of you and your car please...
-
haha yeah i know, wedding crew was awesome... yeah man if you know dates on when you're going let me know, however i must let everyone know that i won't be in the country so i will not be involved in the cruise or photos or anything that requires you to be in the country hahaha however, i will organise prior meetings/lunch with all those that will be involved, i'll make the maps (as the good samaritan i am) and all the drivers/owners of the cars can meet my friend as well so there's no discomfort or confusion on the day keep the comments coming!
-
^ nice comments Brendan... that's exactly right... best of all, what Julz said earlier, take some cars for a drive, if you find one you like the look of and how it feels get it checked over by someone you'll trust, whether it's a workshop you've dealt with before or even the RAC if you're happy and if it all works out then Bob's your uncle, done deal if you're on the look for your perfect car, you'll always be looking, that's why you mod it... to make it 'your' car

what is a leather kit?
-
driver/owner of modified vehicle is more likely to thrash or 'spiritedly' drive the car as opposed to the driver/owner or a stock standard car main reason for this is because the car would generally be more capable/fun to drive everyone knows the car doesn't have to be modified to be thrashed, but realistically who really wants to own and thrash a standard Skyline without changing anything on it, whether it be mechanically or cosmetically?

LOL, nah i'm a bit dodgey Vietnamese and Chong Chong Chinese haha true Aussie on the inside though

hey guys, i was asked to help one of my close friend's in need, he is attending a ball on the 13th of February and being students, coming up with their own $100 seems like it could be better spent elsewhere... anyway, i'm looking at around 6 people (possibly more) to volunteer their cars and be (obviously) chauffeurs for the night... what would be involved is picking them up from a residence, up NOR... cruising down to somewhere like King's Park (a map will be provided or organised by me...) may involve a tunnel run and a nice scenic run through town... some photo opportunities at King's Park and then roll down to the Ball location when the time comes... drop off the guys with their partners... now before you read on... THEY WILL PAY, i'm looking at getting around $50 per car (one passenger or two doesn't matter) now, obviously for such event we would desire the nicest (without discrimination) selection of cars... leaning more towards the newer model vehicles/show quality vehicles and possibly keep it strictly Skyline's what we're generally looking for (in that specific preference order); V35 Coupe R34 GTR R33 GTR R34 GTT Coupe ('pretty one's') R33 GTST Coupe ('pretty one's') as i said, i'm not wanting to discriminate but am willing to look at all that want to offer their services along with their car's service... and i hope you can understand (in accordance to my friend's wishes) and respect what vehicle models he has specified; please guys if you can help i would REALLY appreciate it, would be great to offer these guys a great, fun and memorable night as well as catch up with a few people and go for a nice scenic/adventurous drive! if anyone has any comments please post up, once again guys thanks for reading! cheers, Andrew P.S: all those interested can pm me details on their cars and some photos!

first photo is my girlfriend Lucy and I (after she had a few drinks, i'm still sober because i had to drive) and the second i believe is my car with SAUWA at Salon '08 only photo i have of me on my laptop at the moment

you know what, i think Brendan is onto something Japan > China question answered, thread closed lol
-
where did you get that muffler Ryan? (on your R33) it's hell nice, i just messaged you kermit on your mobile about the front pipe cheers, Andrew
-
the Apexi and HKS suggestions came from R33 owners... take it from me hehehe sorry Rhys and Brendan, you know i love you both, anyway... Rob mate get a Blitz SUSPower filter, have it on my GTT and before i got the HKS SSQV it was the best sound i've ever heard an air filter make hands down... even my brother which had a Makinen at the time was really impressed my2c anyway
-
haha i'm there sometimes, it's hell nice and like warm and fuzzy styles but sometimes it gets quite cold... nice place no doubt
-
as i mentioned in my above post... automatics and 4 doors are generally a lot cheaper than 2 doors and manuals... keep looking and you'll know what i'm talking about... also, if you're not sure as to the difference in the looks of the 4 door and 2 door... look at the front fenders as well as the tail-lights, GTT 2 door's front fenders flare out as opposed to the GTT 4 door and the rear tail-lights in the 2 door have the indicator light in the centre light whereas the 4 door has indicator strips underneath the 4 lights which also makes the 4 lights on the 4 door smaller too
-
we have a house in Butler too but screw staying there if you go to Murdoch Uni lol, drove me crazy oh yeah, Guy is in Yanchep and Steven and Kinh and umm... that's all i can think of right now, oh yeah, Sunny haha
-
some sensor of some sort i'm assuming but i'm no mechanical mind... go to workshop mate, get them to take it for a spin, within 5 minutes they should be able to work it out
-
haha Guy i know i know... yeah, i've noticed the effects of a screamer now... scare the sh*t out of people and guys that would generally want a run, i just let them head off... catch up and go easy, drop it and have it hammer in their ears and fly off... look in the mirror and they don't bother catching up... is really funny oh yeah... keep your GTT Guy, awesome cars... now it's time for a front pipe

Paintless Dent Repair... look it up on google

go to Imports101 and speak to Danny... import one, hopefully he can find you a bargain now that auction houses aren't getting as many bids because of the Aussie $ sucking balls... and there's nothing wrong with buying one that only has an exhaust and air filter... *hint hint* no boost controller or supporting mods with an engine still going strong means it must be reliable, if you're interested, give me a pm good luck mate, though i must say... more standard one's will generally be more expensive as they 'should' be more reliable blah blah blah... in WA the market value for a 2 door, manual and turbo would be around 26k non turbo i've seen very low at around 12k but there's no use in getting an R34 that's non-turbo... i don't like auto's and 4 doors in my honest opinion don't look as nice... auto/4 door/non-turbo all cheaper than the total opposite if that makes any sense, once again, good luck with your search mate

there are laws to scare people out of doing this... thing is, what are the odds you're going to catch people doing this, then finding out who they are... then telling the police to go get them... if you can do all of that then yeah they'll get punished for sure, thing is crazy laws like chopping someone's arm off is a bit savage haha how about if you 'accidentally' did something that would constitute you to have committed an offence and it was an accident but you can't prove it... you end up losing an arm when you shouldn't have etc. is a nice thought and sometimes seems like our laws are sh*t but they're actually pretty damn good... asians are just savages and Kerr dude, you'll get over the fear of thinking someone bad will happen to your car once you drive it more, it is a 34 you know and Grace, if it doesn't work out with Brendan's buffer, give me a pm, i'll sort out your door etc. cheap cheap sad to hear Grace but it sh*t to know there's people out there that do this, don't worry... i'm buddhist, karma is on its way *nods head* EDIT: i also filled up just then at BP Leach Highway... $1.32c - one word - AWESOME

okay, thanks Steve was all good... i can feel the difference already, my split dump is a Just Jap and first time i turned the car on you could hear it wasn't sealed up 100% but after it heated up it's not leaking at all... brand spanking new dude! thanks for all the guys that came, ended up being a pretty adventurous day! nice to have a chat and a few beers and catch up, always willing to do bush mechanics people... once again, thanks Tom, Rhys, Sunny, Michael and Guy! any questions people feel free to ask Andrew
