  3. I believe that the uni has some crasy system waide anti spam setup. If someone could delete the above mentioned accounts ( i can confirm they are my via pm's) that would be great.
  4. remote central locking?
  5. what about simple diconnecting the ecu fuse for a little while. No fuse equals no power
  6. i went and got some of this stuff and it is very sweet. The best part of about this product is that it mixes the gold polish with scratchX to help remove and surface containiments. Essentally if you think your paint job is worth $40 to look after you need to get some of this stuff. You wont regret it
  7. if cold starts sucked then the starting and temp maps would have been out of whack.
  8. This is tedy here. It seesm like the problem is that the idiots that tuned the wolf never setup the closed loop system. So it is running a quick tune all the time. Also the o2 sensor is shot. So the weekend we will be setting up the closed loop and running a working o2 sensor.
  9. the wolf is great. The real challange is finding somewhere to get it tuned.
  10. wow thats a great result then.
  11. The only reason i doubt it is the battery is that the voltage while the car is running is only 13v. That should be up around 14.5v if your battery is working ornot.
  12. here is a basic run down. http://www.transport.qld.gov.au/qt/LTASinf...ation_Jan05.pdf if you need specifics it is always best to call QT and find out
  13. Well i was way off with the second part but here is a link to tut i posted. Hope you find it useful. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...421#post1408421
  14. Well i did a little looking around and my good ol' rotary friends had the link to offer. http://www.turbonation.com/turbo.htm I hope you find this useful.
  15. I am trying to find out what a/r ratios and trims and everything else is all about. So far i think the trim is the angle of the blades. The affects if the turbo is high boost or high flow. The housing values e.g. 60mm has to do with the internal diameter of the housing. I am guessing (again) that a t28 blade would have a 2mm clearance in a 60mm housing. Since in most high performance parts gaps are bad would i be right in saying that the smaller that gap the better. I am sure these are really nooby questions but i had a ood look through searces and couldn't really find what i was after. If any one could clear this up for me i would really apprecieate it, as i am sure alot of people would be.
  16. yeah steel doesn't transfre heat very well so it is good to use. Just to goive you an idea. Have you ever picked up a iron/steel frypan? Any aluminium one will cook just aswell because of it's heat distribution properties. On the other hand non stainless can rust. So go stainless.
  17. This is the fourth account i have had to setup here because of the activation emails never being revieved. Each time it has been an email to a @jcu.edu.au account. The spelling was checked and double check but no email ever arrived. The accounts that i tried to setup were Teddy, Ted33 and Tedy. If you coulf please get either Teddy or Ted33 to work that would be great. Thanks
