well ive just finshed bolting the motor and gearbox back in the car. the bonnet still doesnt clear, but its only about 25mm out. cant cut the bonnet either as its right where the farking vent is oh and the turbo's dan is getting me are garrett 2871r, so bit bigger than the GT-RS equivalent (2860r)

cost me ~3k off the top of my head. theres more i can do to the oil galleries in the block, but i'll just keep the revs in check.

i heard the valving in the teins isnt all that advanced, and theres plenty out there better. also with the hsd'd u can specify ur own spring rates upon purchase. also hsd's have a 55mm alluminium assembly
