    they go into the end of the crank, so 1 size fits all got any pics of this oil ring? i dont see how u can run one, caus the input shaft has to go in and out of it, and therfore u cant have it sealed off. or can you? the grease i used was some bearing grease that they use on the wheel bearings on the landrovers etc

    yeah only on the inside though were the rollers are. (used some very good and very expensive landrover grease $300 a tube from my 'mate' ) i got them from 3lit3 32

    re spiggot bush, i've used the nismo roller bearings on a few clutches i've done and u sure do notice the difference! i get mine for $10
