  1. Thanks Paul. Full list up on the site at: http://www.timeattack.com.au/about/about/runninglist.html See you there Paul
  2. 10 Skylines booked in for Round 1. Thats a quarter of the field. If you can make it out for a look on Tuesday arvo your welcome.
  3. If your free on Tuesday head out to QLD Raceway for the Round 1 afternoon session. There are 10 Skylines booked in to compete at this round.
  4. I have spoken with Ray Hall (Vi-pec) and have all the info, specs, cables etc I need now to make the EM PRO II do the remote channel display. I should have a good idea of how it will be work by the end of next weekend. I don't see it being a major problem as the EM PRO II already supports Remote channel display from my RaceLogger. I will keep you updated.
  5. There are a bunch of Nissans and EVO's there making up heaps of the numbers. I will get a running list sorted soon. Looks set to be a good day. Afternoon is about full. Still some space in the AM session.
  6. Yea thats right, some tool always feels they have to park 2 inches from your car. I have also gone to the daily driver which now has heaps of little dings and scratches from the carpark.
  7. Partner event ?? What do you mean.
  8. The screamer pipe is a tough one and as you say last year we allowed it. I will update the rules to state a screamer pipe is allowed as long as the exhaust system runs to the rear of the car with a muffler.
  9. Its $135 for a half day. With only 4 groups of 10 cars you get heaps of laps and clear track to have fun.
  10. I've got morning and afternoon spots available for Jan 27 if anyone wants to get started.
  11. Still got morning and afternoon spaces free. Get booked in if you want to come and have a go.
  12. Hi Zennon, semi slicks will put you in street class most likely unless they are those cut slick style. Here is the link to the tyre register: http://www.timeattack.com.au/forum/viewtopic.php?t=139 Hope to see you there.
  13. Thats only for street class. Otherwise run in race class. You can have basically anything in that class.
  14. Yea at the start of last year there was a Radical, R8 I think. Very nice car.
  15. Hey Guys, thanks for all the positive replies and enquires. I have had my head down working fllat out on it over the break. I am now finishing off the first batch of Engine Monitors (EM PRO II) and RaceLoggers. I have installed 3 test units and posted Duncan his set (EM PRO II and RaceLogger) We will get some photo's sorted etc very soon. The Engine Monitor will retail at $599.00 The accessory kit $99. Plus sensors. The sensors you need depend on the car you now have and what extra you want. If you can bear with me a little longer I will have the RaceLogger pricing all sorted as well, but I expect it to be in the same ballpark as the EM PRO II. Also I will arrange the group buy / discounted purchasing for SAU guys shortly with the members who will represent me and can arrange installations etc.
  16. Rule amendment. The major manufacture rule should be under the street class section only.
  17. I checked the rules again. Made a mistake, that rule should be in the Street Car Class section not a general rule for all classes. I am now updating the website. Sorry about that.
  18. Hi Guys, It’s time to get booked in for the first track day of the year. For those who are new, the morning session runs a short track for the majority of the time, you will get about 21 laps, then we run the National Track (the one the V8 Super Cars race on) for the last hour, you get about 14 laps. The session runs as 1 warm-up lap, 5 hot laps and a cool down lap. The running of each half day session is 4 groups of only 10 cars. Heaps of room on the track and all laps are timed. The groups are based on lap times, so fast cars are together and slower cars are together. There is a group for everyone. We send the cars onto the track spaced out evenly and overtaking is only allowed on the straights. Safety first. If you are a beginner let me know and we will arrange for extra tuition before you go onto the track. No extra charge. Morning Session: [sprint Track 3hr, National Track 1hr] Timed Sprints. Great session for beginners, doing testing / setup or cutting laps. Afternoon Session: [Clubman Track] Project-Mu Time Attack Series Round 1 Timed Sprints. The series is points based so the on track rules are the same. Everyone is welcome, remember the groups are divided by lap times so there is a group for everyone. Please get involved. It’s fun first with our days. If you have any questions please post up or send me a PM. If you want to get involved fill out the join now page at the website www.timeattack.com.au
  19. I spoke to them again. The info should be ready early next week
  20. Hi Neil, good point on the definition of Major. The intent is for cars built by Nissan, Toyota, Ford, Holden, etc. Not small volume race specific cars.
  21. No problem r34nur. The wire to the instrument cluster is for display and logging only. If you don't connect it, it will not effect the operation of the unit. I now have units in stock again. If you are after a unit please contact DirtGarage (Sydney), a20089 (Canberra) on the forum or John at UAS. These guys can also arrange installation if you need help. We will have a group buy arrangement sorted once everyone is back from holidays and we can get stuff sorted. Thanks for your patience.
  22. funny you should say that. Federal have signed up as sponsors and we aare currenlty working out details. I hope to get it mailed out very soon. They will be promoting their RSR Semi Slicks Paul
