I'm not 100% sure on that Dan but I do know that I passed Regency twice with my cooler left on. It's got Earls fittings... so long as everything is routed/fitted nicely I beleive they are fine with it

Use thinners but be careful with it, leave it/rub it too long and it will eat at the plastic underneath

Spare tyre, you need it. I'd get rid of the amp and all wiring there just in case and as for the battery tray, make it look as nice as possible

It shouldn't be idling at 1600rpm anyways... between 800-1000 is usually the norm. Definately get them to give it a once over

That's fair enough too Ryan, I often thought to myself that you took a lot of shit on and it would become more of a hassle ( not knocking you just an observation ) Sad part is there's a lot of people out there just looking to use others to get what they want, sadly it seems you met some of them
