Andy's sister and brother in-law are land valuers and currently own several million dollar blocks, so they're giving us tips etc. It's just hard not being able to see properties as often as we'd like to (in Sydney that is). Chances are, we won't have enough time with starting new jobs etc. to actually FIND a decent place to buy, so we'll just end up renting

We had the same issue straight after we got the 33. It ended up being a tyre that was out of round. It had a large bump in it, kinda looked like a massive goiter! Changed that, and all was sweet!
