Third party, you hit someone and are at fault, your insurance fixes their car, you fix your own car. I had to get the excel fixed at their repairer as I only had third party.. That's with the other guy at fault... Didn't care coz it was only the excel and lifetime warranty on repairs anyway..

Eastbay service might suck a dick but their delivery time is pretty sweet.. Eta Monday.. Would probably be tomorrow if it wasn't the weekend..

Got my refund.. As well as an email confirming my order has been sent, still with no mention of a pair of shoes missing from it, or a reply to my email..

Had the same happen to you? Did they refund you the cost of the cancelled item? I've emailed them but haven't heard shit back as yet... Meanwhile on the hunt for that pair of shoes because of the 4 pairs I bought, they were the ones I wanted most ffs

They weren't missed they must have went out of stock between me placing the order and them processing it... Every other item on the list says sent bar one pair which says cancelled, and the order status says partially cancelled. I know I'll get a refund but common sense would say email the buyer and ask if they want to choose another pair... Or at the very least, email them and let them know they'll be refunded etc

Already got an order coming from eastbay but they were out of stock on one of the pairs of shoes I bought... They then shipped the order minus that pair without any notice and no mention of a refund yet
