  1. my brother does not wanna go to the greenday and simple plan concert on tonight at 7.30 at brisbane entertainment centre , so 1 have 1 mosh pit ticket 4 sale if intersted call me on 0421304315
  2. Gordon, i still have the car, its just getting the air con fixed up and going 4 sale, did u get your 32 in, and complied yet?
  3. This is the car (i think) from last night that made me start the thread, the story is included above in my last post....
  4. after driving along on a sunday i started to relize just how many fake GTR's there are, and some1 has to put a stop to this, its wrong! (thats why i started my thread) either these badges are sold in bulk daily like bread or GTR owners around australia have had their badges taken. I dont mind if the driver admits and says its a GTST but to carry on and make it as it actually is a GTR by having a bodykit, spoiler, engine or twin turbos...., its just wrong! After i had an argument with some1 the other night regarding this i could not wait to get home and start this thread, this gtst owner put a twin turbo set up on his rb25, and him and his friends who had honestly no clue what a gtr is went along with it claiming if u add a twin turbo set up on a gtst the car magicly becomes a GTR, wow thats a nice trick, so i asked what u call a gtr with a single turbo conversion? a gtst i dont think so! Please if u have GTR badges on your skylines i dont care but DONT claim and try to tell others its a GTR...! its not!

  6. Chris it was a great idea to start the discusion regarding GTR badges i thought i was the only 1 who thought its just wrong and sad to put GTR badges on a GTST, ill have a camera with me from now on, so by the end of the week we'll need a new file server cause theres just so many fake GTR's around!
  7. thanks all for the replies, i just wanted to know what you all thought regarding this issue, i like the idea of leaving notes behind on fake gtr's - good idea fernie, i normaly just tell them "nice badge" but ill start doing it in writting as well, ill need plenty of paper as theres so many of them around!
  8. Hi All As some of u know i sold my 33 skyline and got a tt 6spd supra, but now its back to R33 GTR time! anyways i would like to say something regarding todays skylines around the gold coast, i dont wanna offend any1 owners of gtsts with gtr badges i just like to say whats on my mind... Theres many gtst's around but very few gtr's in r33 series, theres nothing wrong with that im glad people relize what great cars they are, but what started to really bother me recently is gtst's with GTR badges, almost every gtst i c has a gtr badge and some of these drivers will tell those who dont know the diffrence that they have a GTR, or the most recent joke i heard was adding a twin turbo set up on a gtst with a r25 and calling it a gtr, i understand the passion for skylines and a GTR but why go to the extend and saying your gtst is a gtr? I personaly know of 5 real r33 gtr's around gold coast, and thats all i seen in months, im sure theres more, but ive also seen close to 90% of every gtst with a gtr badge, i dont understand it, is it some new fashion statment? soon gtr owners will have to have stickers on the cars saying " THIS IS A REAL GTR NOT JUST A BADGE " for those who dont know how to quickly tell a gtr appart at first glance then heres a short list: difrent body kit wider gurds smaller side indicators wider front bar all whels are same size the all time favourite is the smaller side indicators, thats the fastest way to tell the car appart, if they are large and squared then its a gtst! no point of me including the specs and interior diference as most of u know then anyway. From this i just wanna know why todays owners add gtr badges on gtst's, and even try to claim its a real GTR? WHY?

    motul oils

From my expierience with the skyline i tried all sorts of difrent oils in the car including the motul, redline, and mobil 1, if you ask me id reckomend some mobil 1 racing oil, they come in 1litre bottles, and in my opinion thats the best oil to use 4 a everyday drive skyline.
  12. Like every1 here id like to put my opinion forward as well... I think the law will stop a lot of problems going on, but at the same time it will cause them. The truth is as much as we try to deny it, younger drivers are most likly to commit a road and traffic offence than an older driver, (You would see a son doing a burnout but not the dad) I do see what the goverment is trying to do by proposing this law, but its not right to limit a person from living to the max, Sure there are plenty of good young drivers out there but i hate to say the majority would be the bad drivers. Australia has to my knowleadge the widest variety of people of difrent races and religions living togheter than any place ive seen around the world so im sure we can all come togheter and come up with a better sollution to this proposal, sure its easy to point the trouble makers but if you think hard enought you can admit you have screewed up before as well. I can easily admit i did crap while driving on P' Plates (And im still on my P's) and im sure we all have in our lifetime, But we learn from our mistakes. "We" all can, that is why i think the goverment should come up with a diffrent solution that does not prevent any1 from living a full life. It is true that police target younger drivers more than any others that i dont deny but thats because there are some of us that leave behind a really bad reputation and then we get the harsh tretment. I could go on for a whole day writing and explaining why its a good idea and a bad idea at the same time, to sum up id like to make you all aware that it is our actions that cause these proposals to come forward, if you dont want this and any new similar law being passed then act like you should, dont do anything stupid and stay out of trouble. Robin.
  13. ok im looking in the hks catalog now, the software is called power writer, its here 4 sale just like i mentioned before, theres software and looms packs for fcon v, fcon v pro and fcon sz. i dont know what the rest says cause i dont know how to read japaneese but theres some other bits and pieces 4 the fcons as well... anyway point is the software and looms can be obtained for any fcon series and tuned by whoever knows how to read the data.
