nup, get a lift to south brisbane train station from jess and i train it from there to central and of a afternoon after work, i walk from work to south brisbane station. less spendin on trains now and gettin more excersise!

jess's mother does. we just pay the rates and corp fee's.

we're payin probably around 2,500k a year for corp fee's and we are only around the sunnybank area.

if the corperate fee's are to go by from wat we pay on the place me and jess r in right now, i'd imagin that corp fee's on q1 would be way more.

i seriously cant wait to actually get down there and check out the apartments. i've been up to the viewing deck probably 5 or 6 times now (really should get a yearly pass). are the rooms spacious or bit on the tight side of things?

the old suspension was completely rooted. it wouldnt of even passed a road worthy certificate. so replacin them with the coilovers was the best option for it.
