hey, where can i get one of these clutches from. i am in melb. i want to use it in conjuction with a rb30et flywheel, as i dont have a rb25det manual one. will i be able to use the rb30et flywheel, with one of these clutches, and in a rb25det box? cheers

well i just need clutch to put in the box, so i can get it up and going. i am not planning a race car, so whether its brass button or not doesn't bother me. but i may have to do heavy traffic driving, so dont want to burn it out. BenM, where did u get your clutch from? has it slipped yet, and how much power they hold. cheers

ok where can i get one of these daiken ones from. i need one aswell. but i am using a vl turbo flywheel, do they make a clutch to suit. i have been to there website but found nothing. want the clutch to be streetable, due to traffic conditions, etc. p.s the clutch kit wouldn't include flywheel would it.

for $700 what clutch would u recommend i get. rb25det in S13, using rb25det gearbox. want it to last a long time. yet still want performance, and no slippage. am at around 180rwkw now probly. whilst the box is out of the car, which one for future mods for around 230 to 250rwkw

ok, i just bought the gearbox, and saw what he has the left still. the interior is top notch condition, with no marks what so ever on it. the motor, u will not find one cleaner going round. there are no oil leaks, and it looks to have the goods. for anyone thinking of having an rb25det motor replacement, this would be the perfect opportunity. a great motor and well worth the money. if i had the chance again i would have bought this motor for sure. good luck with it all jet.

only thing i could imagine would be to hook up the reverse lights, or seeing as it was auto, to sort out the spare wires. but still, dont think theres much to do with electrics.

hey, ended up finding a gearbox. $1100 looks good. pick it up thursday. no oil leaks at all. very happy with it. cheers

converting what? manual to auto. or what a whole engine and gearbox? do the work yourself will be cheaper. on another note. does anyone know if a auto starter motor can be used with the manual gearbox. i have seen nothing on the conversions things to do list. but... just wanna know

what rmp would this thing spoolup on an rb25det. looks mad. and with an external wastegate, and manifold, $2000 seems an awesome price.

hey, i got a spare one from a mates accident in his r33. how much wanting to pay.

anyways i need an r33 box, and i been to a couple of places so far. they showed no room for negotiation so they dont get my money, which i was willing to hand over right there and then. BUt i need a box, so come on. someone must have one. and who actually wants to sell it, for reasonable price.

for an r33 i reckon it could be done for around $1500 if ya did the labour yourself. but it would depend how much you picked up some other the stuff. e.g box $1000 (with clutch flywheel, gearstick, crossmember) tailshaft $250 pedals $150 clutch master, lines, slave, knob. $100

could also get all the conversion stuff a heap cheaper aswell. just a thought for anyone wanting to swap to manual

(as they are pretty dear to start with) they want around 1100 for a box, so we could get it for under a grand if we went together. let me know, as this week is when i am buying one. cheers
