  2. Hi People, Really need this one gone so please check out the carsales ad I have done (see link below) and feel free to give me a call. As i state in the ad I want $4500 but am open for reasonable offers. I am on the Nth Side of Brisbane, feel free to call me on 0423 480 271 or 07 3351 5664 or 07 3351 2518 Probably the cheapest example out there especially with the Apexi and mods. It has some minor front end panel work which requires attention however the price reflects that! I also did not mention on carsales however whatever standard stuff I have lying around can be yours too.. Standard ECU, Dump pipe, Airbox etc. http://www.carsales....ion_String|GCLT -27.40305,152.9535 26.2&__Ns=pCar_PriceSort_Decimal|0||pCar_RankSort_Int32|1||pCar_Make_String|0||pCar_Model_String|0&keywords=&__N=1216 1246 1247 1252 1282 4294963593 4294963846 4294950381&SearchAction=N&silo=1011&seot=1&__Nne=15&Cr=0&distance=25&trecs=33&__sid=12E9C653316D Thanks, Evan.

  4. Wicked thread. Love builds. Just one question ( I was only skimming most posts ) How the hell did three pages of ViPEC vs MOTEC happen? Sh*thouse i reckon. if i wanted to waste my dodgy pre paid broadband on that i would... however i would rather look at pictures of an engine build... funnily enough that is what i thought i was trying to look at. if everyone can neck up and let the man post his photos.
  5. Jesus. Who gives a rats what power it has or hasn't got? go to the track and lets talk about that. it could have 1, 000 000 hp but who cares!? I just love how someone posts up a result then all the 'experts' around tear them a new one! I think most dyno sheets can be taken with a grain of salt. as long as the tune is healthy who really cares? I think a simple "good for you" and if you don't believe the results keep it to yourself. my 2 cents
  6. I don't see how this would be effective at spooling a turbo any faster. Basically this would create more pressure on the manifold side of this valve as the exhaust gasses try and pass trough what is a smaller opening and as i have been taught increased pressure does not increase flow through the same sized hole. Basically this is choking your exhaust. The best way to spool a turbo is to get as much exhaust gas onto that turbine wheel as soon as possible. Putting a restriction like this in place i can't see how it would work as you are basically halving your exhaust flow with the restriction like that in place... use this calculator ( http://www.efunda.com/formulae/fluids/calc...iction.cfm#calc ) to see that increasing the pressure without changing the pipe diameter does not alter flow at all. change the pipe diameter however and watch the flow increase. I wouuld say that there would be a optimal size in exhaust header diameter to keep flow and gas velocity at an optimal level.. but to my mind a contraption like this wouldn't help. My two cents, hope it helps. Not to mention companies like HKS/GARRETT etc probably don't make these and that would be a fairly good indication as to whether they work or not.
  7. Personally i would love to see the quote you got to repair that one for $800. No way is all i can say. Regards
  8. OFFERS ANYONE????????? THE WHOLE LOT, WHAT DO YOU THINK IT'S WORTH? LET ME KNOW
  9. ** BUMP ** OPEN TO OFFERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  10. ***BUMP*** Price drop. $9000. As is. Forgot to mention set of stock wheels as well.
  11. Well the time has come to sell my Skyline. I wish i could keep it but unfortunatley it has to go. Year: 1994 Model: GTSt (M-SPEC) Trans: Manual Km's: aprox 147,000 Car has been services regularly by myself as I am a motor mechanic using Motul Turbolight. Also I can provide some receipts from the previous owner. Mods are as follows: - 18 inch Wheels (not sure of brand) - Tein coilovers - FMIC (Plazmaman piping kit with generic core) - Cusco oil catch can - Blitz Pod filter - Blitz BOV - Blitz Fatt-x turbo timer - Turbosmart 'T' boost controller - Apexi Power FC with hand controller - Walbro in tank pump - Defi BF series boost gauge with controller - NPC Brass button clutch - CES racing split dump+front pipe - 3" Jap spec cat back (came with car from J) - Pioneer CD player - Infinity 2 way 6" in front doors - full set of Nissan floor mats As you might expect being 14+ years old it is starting to show it's age. it has small dings here and there all from being a daily. Also there are some typical interior faults like a worn drivers seat and centre console latch is busted and i know it needs a new set of rear pads asap. However i beleive the vehicle is in fair condition with some front end damage as can be seen in the pics. The front bar needs to be replaced as well as a new bonnet and grille and there is a small mark on the rear bar. I have sourced a used front bar for the car which is black but with some prep and paint is perfectly fine to use. I have tried to take as many pics as possible to show the condition which i can email on request (there are too many to post up) as I am not attempting to fool anyone. the car needs a good tune as when i had it tuned last the plugs were breaking downs so rev limiter was set at 5.5k, these have since been changed but the car has not been driven much since and i have not had the spare time or coin for a tune. The Power FC was bought mid last year from Just Jap ($1700) and we all know how hard to come by they are. At this stage I am selling as is and rego will be cancelled. I will be asking $11,000. This will include the car the replacement front bar and any stock bits and peices i still have that you may also want. If you have any questions or you would like more pics you can PM/Email/Call me. However I would suggest email as I sit in front of it all day at work. Contacts: Ph: 0423 038 228 @ : [email protected] Thanks.
  12. Well i know nothing beats handing over your cash for a CES Split dump, have it Hi temp Coated, then flatten the bottom out on a god damn speed bump. So this looks like a good idea to me!
  13. Aged Bundaberg Rum, What a farce. Hold on i'll just go get my VC commo and go do burnouts with my 16yo girlfriend at the local Maccas. Bundy = Bogans.
