  1. hmmm id look at it this way... spend 1grand on the manifold now... or spend 250-550 on a ebay one then pay another 5grand when you have trouble with number 6 cyclinder

unless it has the trumpets in it then id stay away from the cheaper ones, pretty certain they lean out number 6?? someone else might know what im talking about...?

basically you want one that has been tested and proven to distribute the air evenly throughtout all cyclinders...

  2. Hey guys, Wanting to get my car alarm installed, im on the gold coast, i dont really have the time to take the car to a workshop at the moment nor do i really trust them.

there was a user on here that had his own business and that was based in brisbane, i cant remember his name nor any threads he has posted in... but he came out to you...

would like to try and find this user again OR do any of you suggest someone that i can talk to about installing this?

    Thanks

    CJ

  3. BC's are value for money, comfortable ride, great construct and tuning options.

I would definitely purchase another set without hesitating!

Add decent sway bars F/R and they perform well in the corners, the only fault I can think of is steep driveways may leave you with one wheel off the ground.

LOL YES!!! that is true! i go in and out of certain driveways and end up only having one wheel on the ground lol

  4. Running the mid-range set in my 32 now, i enjoy alot of mountain driving, got them set pretty stiff and when on a nice smooth mountain road car just sits where ever you steer it (Federal 595RSR's, 430hp atm).

around town and over bumps im finding them a bit stiff, however i have solid rear mounts and i could probably soften the settings a bit :P.

running the standard f8kg r6kg. paid for them at lunch time and had them delivered from out of state the next morning.

Highly recommend if your wanted a more "sport/track" feel over the normal daily.

  5. i did it for the ability to keep it street driven, running the car in with no boost controller nor a proper tune and im on full boost before 3800 and it holds past 8000. ummm choke up??? dont know about that, 600hp is a bit of a stretch for them however 500rwhp on a street car is still pretty crazy....?

  6. is it just me that saw how lean the AFR's that were mentioned?? that would be creating extra heat right there. trying to run a motor in or be on the safe side you'd want it running alot richer...IMO anyway...

    Maybe i missed something...
