  1. lol Ok, you're now my long lost adopted sister from down south Yep im in for this day so i figured posting in the thread would help
  2. R33 GTST, R32 GTR, 300ZX rims should be ok 300ZX fits perfectly
  3. Oh, if its an N/A its no competition. GTST will win a straight line race. Hardly fair to race an N/a vs a turbo car when they both weigh roughly the same amount Sorry, but thats wrong. The amount of RB26's failing shows the 2J to be more "durable" Want potential? Start with a 2J. Better oil control for a start, can run up to 450kw with stock internals etc Power? There's way more 2j's pulling ridiculous power levels on dyno's than RB26's I agree the RB26 sounds better but the 2J has a very nice tone to it aswel. To stay on topis: GTST wins against an N/A supra in a straight line.
  4. lol, made it here? You make it sound like im some long lost relative Im so keen for this, i love grudge matches - and the fact that ive got both cars means i can win either way! If a supr has the fastest time ill be on their side and bag you lot, if a skyline wins ill be on your side and knock my supra as being stock Win win Merli changed my name after seeing what i had to eat at dinner (satay chicken)
  5. Yeah thats before its fitted and tuned - i think you'll be breaking the budget a bit Btw, welcome to GTR ownership! Breaking the budget on your car is the criteria for entry
  6. Thanks very much for that
  7. Good work Ferni and Sav, lets do it properly and get it stickied Roy, thats cool we can just use this one - you've started a LOT of threads

  22. Ok guys, ill get straight to the point Im very keen (and i know there are others aswel) at doing a track day at phillip island. Now the calander for the year is looking pretty good. I want to go down a few times this year, and the first trip will be in april, reason is there's 2 opportunities to do PI in april! I had planned to include Winton in the first trip but they wont allow us on the 11th. They will allow us on the 25th though Each option has advantages over the other, mainly being option 1 is cheaper and easier on the cars, but option 2 has more track time and includes winton instead of DECA Option one: PI and DECA Friday the 11th april; Meet at the usual spot and cruise down to shepparton, get drunk Sat the 12th april; compete at DECA (wrx club version, not SAU), then drive to PI (its like driving from syd to wakie), dinner, get drunk Sun the 13th April; PI open day Mon the 14th April; leave and drive home option two; Winton and PI Thursday 24th April; Meet at the spot and drive to Winton, get drunk, sleep Friday 25th April; Winton open day, afterwards drive to PI Saturday 26th April; PI day one (open practice) Sunday 27th April; PI day 2 (sprints) Monday 28th april; drive home Now there is one further option, meet friday the 12th at the spot, drive down, saturday DECA, sunday come home, but as we've done that a few times i think it would be nice to have the extra thing to add to that trip For those of you who know the sauvic guys they will most likely be at the track with us if we do option 2 (as they're all track whores) On the last deca trip a few people (who will remain nameless) made the trip "not as good as it could be" for others, so a friendly and positive attitude is a must So please have your say, then ill make the arrangements so it can happen ONLY POST UP IF YOU'RE SERIOUS ABOUT ATTENDING
  23. I organised a joint supra skyline event before, went down really well (but it was the sydney guys) Its fun to race your mates, but its more fun to race new mates
