i used the semi slicks on the track but my timing gear didnt pick up the beacon so i cant say exzctly how much faster BUT i was going into turn 1 at about 160kph and the tyres didnt even squeal. once they heated up it was "traction city" no squeal no slide just grip, i was being pursued by a GT3 and he couldnt pass me so im pretty happy about that, now that the power is getting to the ground it is a lot more fun to drive. Proxes r888 are the best tyres i have tried.

i got it down to 1.22 on street tyres have now got proxes 888's so will be out on the next practice days, semi's should shave at least 2 seconds off.

yes the track day was awesome, 3 r33 gtr's, 2 r34gtr's ,gallardo, 430 ferrari, 2 gt3 porsches , a 997 porsche, a r8 slappadore, 3 evos, jza80 supra and me. skyline beat supra by the way.
