Hnm, never heard of egt straight into ecu, as they are in the millivolts range usually need to be amplified 150 times (or was it 105?) To get it into the 0-5v range.
Keen to see what he comes up With none the less, putting provisions in for mine but jsut running the single behind the turbo as an overheat protection for the turbine wheel.. for now.
I have also been looking into this and everything I have seen connects to a separate box. I think I'll be going with the link setup that connects via can bus -
He's going to have so much monitoring the ecu will be able to tell seat moistness...... For safety of course

Hey mate, not sure if the 40's will fit onto 38 flanges. I'm sure someone else here will know though.
Yes they aren't much bigger in physical size, that was the main reason I bought them. Tial prices are now through the roof so I got the 40mm turbo smarts for a better price. -
I have the 40mm turbo smart Vband gates. They aren't that much bigger than the 38mm tials.
I might have mine for sale soon as I just bought another car with a full setup. Still brand new in a box of your looking for some -

Ahh all good. I grabbed some twin 40mm turbosmarts for my setup but don't have manifold or anything else yet. Thought you might want to sell me everything without the turbo [emoji12]

From previous experience evo don't take many big launches before they break. 2 diffs and transfer case is mates evo 7
Car had around 300kw, every time it broke was due to launching. Apart from that it was good

There's a guy with one for sale with his 2.6 setup. 500+kW, didn't run a great time at the drags but mph was 142mph or 145 can't remember now.
