  1. just sat my 25/30 in my 32 and the intake manifold i've got wont fit with the clutch line where it is. The line on mine comes out of the bottom of the cylinder, if it come out the side would probably be fine( though couldn't hurt if the cylinder was slightly shorter). The picture on the just jap web site of the hcr32/cefiro one has the line coming out the side, can anyone tell me if it does? and what about the r33 cylinder? is it longer or shorter than the 32 and does the fluid line come out the side or bottom? would it fit the in 32 easily. will be running a 25 slave cylinder if that matters. Any info is much appreciated.

I've got an r32 rb25 head and was wondering if anyone who has used one of these heads can help me out with where to get an inlet manifold gasket to suit. i posted this before and was told to go to nissan directly, i gave them a call and was told it would be 4 to 6 weeks and 80 bucks. someone also mentioned gizzmo but they didn't mention that head on their website. Should i just order one from nissan?

  6. Hi, I'm looking at replacing/upgrading the suspension on my R32. Having trouble finding anyone to supply the gear. Bal joints for examples. Tried Peps, and Whiteline. They were no help whatsoever. Can anyone recommend a supplier for suspension parts? I'm in the newcastle area. Any recomendations on adjustable castor and cambers kits would be nice too. I'm looking at replacing the whole lot so any advice would be great. Tones.
  7. Thanks for the help Cubes. I thought it might be the case. Do you know if anyone is making plenums to suit the non turbo heads? PS Does anyone want to buy a plenum to suit rb25 turbo heads!!!! Good price!!
  8. Can anyone tell me the differences between the RB25 head from a non turbo R32 and a Head from an RB25 turbo motor. Is the intake bolt pattern different? Just wondering if they need different plenums or if the same plenum should fit both heads. Thanks Tones.
  9. I'm going to put a deposit on a rb25 box today so I will see if they have got a tailshaft too. Would be nice if the cross member fitted too. I'll check it out. Thanx. Tones.
  10. I'm putting in an RB25 box into my R32 GTST. Does anyone know if the R32 GTR tailshaft will fit or will I need to have a custom shaft made?
  11. I am about to do this same conversion. (RB25 box into an R32 fitted with a rb30 block) Any info would be appreciated. I know the cross member needs to be replaced, and the tail shaft needs changing, and the speedo connection is different. Does any one know if you can use an off the shelf part for the tail shaft or will it nee to be custom? What about the speedo wiring. Has anyone got specs for this? Tones.

  14. Yeah, saw the circlip there, but it just looked like there was something needed to come off before that. Like there was a ring on top of it or something?
  15. Can anyone tell me how to remove the gearstick from an r32gtst. I am removing the engine and gearbox but one of the bolts on the gearbox is stripped. I want to move the box (still attached to the engine) forward to get at it easier but I need to take out the stick so it can move. Can anyone help out?
  16. I am about to rebuild an RB30 to replace the RB20DET in my R32GTST. I already have 500cc injectors, a Garrett 35/82R, adjustable cam gears, and wolf3D computer, intercooler, and exhaust. All these are coming of my RB20DET which has dropped a cylinder. What I want to know is how much I can ecpect to pay to rebuild the RB30 I want to put in. What will I get for my dollars? Obviously I want something pretty strong, but it is still a streeter for now. Anyone have any ideas?
  17. i'm looking at putting an rb25 turbo on my rb20det and was wondering if anyone could give me any pointers to make sure i get what i'm after. i have never seen one in the flesh and just want to make sure i don't end up with a vg30 turbo. any advice on markings on the housings or other visible differences would be very handy. also how much should i be looking at paying i believe somewhere around $700 maybe a bit more is this right?
