r32 brake master?

Not to bring up an old thread buuut. If I am running an rb20 with an AP engineering PowerFC, Z32 AFM and rb26 injector mod, could I still use this on an RB26 swap to use the twins but only run one AFM or would I have issues? I want to get the motor in as quick and easy as possible I don't foresee problems as all i'm really going to be doing is a basic engine swap? help?

like the topic says is this possible, has anyone done and how did you do it? Any help would be appreciated.
