  1. Not naming any names but i bought an EL Dial kit off someone part of this forum, they pretty much screwed me over. I recieved the so called kit which only contained the dial faces....i have no power distributor or controller. I need these for the dials to work, can anyone help me in chasing down these parts. Any help would be appreciated.... Emtech in South Australia have have helped me out......no need for these items anymore
  2. try Jap Parts W.A. 5-7 Jade Street Maddington WA 6109 9493 2191 they have lots of parts like that, they get all the half cuts from japan. I have got heaps of dash parts from the pretty cheap as well.
  3. i was thinking...to get the word nissan painted.... what about soaking something like a sponge in white paint then pressing the caliper onto in after you've completed the blue (or wateva colour) coat. Do this a few times, then maybe the last coat with a paint brush if it hasn't got a perfect finish. Anyone think this would work?
  4. this is completely off the subject, but where did u get your brake calipers painted? they look awesome!!!
  5. how much for the drivers side power window motor?
  6. i dont need a controller now, my mate had one i will take the tacho though, i'll give ya $120
  7. Are these still for sale? Do you still have all the instructions for the Controller?
  8. If your gonna spend money on your car, stereo, anything. Why do a half assed job? The stock plastic pods, rip em out and burn them, they're shit for sound quality. Make up an MDF spacer to perfect size for the speaker your installing, you have alot of room behind the speaker before it will hit the window. I have Rockford Fosgate X162S splits (awesome splits) and they fit with miles of room to spare. I really recommend dynmatting your doors if you can afford it aswell, well worth the money!!!
  9. yeh the boot is pretty small, if you have noticed though the spare tyre is more to the right of the boot though. Think i might just run one high powered 12" or a 15" on the left hand side of the boot so i can still slide the spare wheel out. Massive systems are awesome but annoying for everyday driving, i just want something the sounds nice but still impresses
  10. hey mate, good effort on your install. yeh i was gonna say, with your sund facing towrds each other gonna be outta phase (fully cancel each other out) if you dont want a massive wall inbetween your subs (would completely ruin the look) trying only haveing one of the subs reversed, this should help greatly the phasing issue. I also wanted to ask, what do you do if you get a flat tyre. I am still trying to think of an awesome boot install which allows me to still access my spare tyre.
