hey thanks, i was a bit worried before i bought the car as a few of my friends who were a bit older than me were paying 3-4k for insurance. I'm just thankful not to have any driving history or claims.

I would rather have my child concentrate on his/her studies than thinking about cars so I am happy to buy them a cheap brand new run around car. From my experience, I would rather have my kid not worry about the car breaking down like I did when my parents bought me my first car which was an n13.

hey you should also consider getting a quote for your car after you have added all the modifications you are planning. i'm 19, green p plates and in sydney. first time getting insurance and have been placed as rating 2 (is this normal?) and paying $1964 for a 98 gt-t full comprehensive. stock for now but with a full bodykit, exhaust, frontmount, 2500K wheels and 2500K system my premium goes to $2300. quite reasonable i must say.
