NO VTEC but runs 5psi and goes pretty hard. imo alot harder than a standard r33 not bad for a $1000 budget conversion. used a T3 skyline turbo ebay manifold. pipping we had here. turbotech MBC. and our smoked gauges. its a red one with a hidden FMIC with mesh on front bar..

will do mate. prob be next 2 weeks PM ME TOO DAN.. i want that Z32 ill trade u for parts u wanted. hiya.. well anyway was a fun filled day today. i had to work on a 4G63 in a 91 VR4.. i co built it months back. but hasnt had time to slap the rest together and waiting on the manifold and evo IX injectors. basically have 20 thou over arias forgot brand rods. all the usual some mob built the head. and we put it together with some metal head gasket.. forget thickness.. forget what cams and valves has. but ARP head studs. and basically replaced every bolt and nut on it. so all together.. a fine mitsubishi.. today i put together the turbo TD05H from evo 3. had massive issues with rotating the turbo to miss the mani and the wastegate to miss the front engine mount. so all mounted. had to build the RHF driveshaft.. cause my mate did a dodgey removal.. lol so all thats left would be transfer case and plug and play.. have a wolf 3d v4. will use later on. heres some pics.. the thing will go nut when done.. and best of all parts and build has cost him half what a normal person would have paid.

yep i agree if u want oodles of power and on a budget would be stick it the RB platform. but like i was saying. brenton has a show car. and his car stands out pretty damn well. so why not have a standout showy engine. the SR will sit far more in the middle makin the have a better COG and it weighs far less bein alloy. better balance. less weight infront of the front wheels. with my experiences. i think the RB25 and SR20 are similar. and if not far cheaper to extract 250-260 from the SR. will cost me 3..5-4k wher as the RB25 me and my mate built cost 10k but used parts like trust stuff like that. SR20 and RB25 are debatable in standard form with boltons par cams. and will find out first hand within the next few months. when the S1425 is done. 2JZ>1JZ>RB26>RB25/SR20>RB20>CA18... fark brenton wanna be super cool and put a CA20 with forgies from tomei..? brenton and i have been talkin bout doing a rotory conversion.. haha 20b or 13b. thoughts..??

whats wrong with ur standard mani..? std mani is very strong and flows well. i wouldnt mind using a standard mani on the 180 but i got a tuned length GKtech i think. :laughing-smiley-014: yay is that ur postcode in ur name dan.?

4G63 perhaps one of them..i dnt knw.. not a big fan of 4G63.. working on one tomorrow.. we built it.. yet to get radiator transfer case on and what not.. so gonna be a fun arvo for me

hmm tossing up between a Chaser JZX100 or a FD3S.. RX7 hmm.. leaning towards the Chaser. prob get it by the end of this year or next .. i get bored so easially.. lol

basically. my house has 3 car ports 2 sheds with mini shop and 2 lock up garages. thinking of buyin a hoist soon. makes gearboxes soo much easier. and those that been to my house will see shit lying around everywhere got a CA resting against the wall. radiators coolers rims like 8 sets clutches. soo much shit.. got a half cut.. FFS someone take that cut away.. but yeah the RB25 sil. is my priority to get done by december.. as ill be overseas for a month or 2 after.

want to drift it.. what else do u do with the ugly S1 S14 lol.. nah we have a neo sitting here. and im aching to do another conversion so. 25neo into a S14 would be schaweet... cause afaik the S14 has minor body damage and crapped out motor with more bolt ons than a rice excel. we choose the S14 over another 180. due to being newerish. 5stud already. bigger brakes. strong chassis. stronger diff. NO ABS and australian delivered the S14 box is going in my 180 and rest of stuff forsale someplace.. either way will be a fun and eventful next 6 months.. still need to source. RB alternator.. do RB20 25 and neo alternators interchange..? R33 GTST box flywheel and clutch.. (thinking of going HD plate with patrol pressure plate)

yes the neo will fit. but the neo aint much different from a normal RB25. not really an upgrade imo dude. i got one sitting at my house. take me 2 days to do the conversion.. but that engine is going into the S14 which we inspect this weekend.. he'll even have tip tronic. lol 5k S14 FTW actually noel u couldnt be more wrong.. have a look. RB25 180sx are going for 17k for a 90 model.. and SR ceffys go for more than the RB ones do. and im sure a skyline with a SR20 in it would fetch more than a RB25.. why cause people like individuality.. like ur ugly ass chromies.. cars with engine swaps nearly always fetch more. unless its a molested converted skyrine vs a complete stock low kms model.

i have rego comin up soon. $526 i think.. is that why u fellas pay.. a $500-700 panel damage bill $30 for 15inch skid rims $50 for some new tyres $40 for entry and most likely that 500-700 bill will end up being 1k after the drift session.. that and 2.5k on turbo injectors and Z32.. and next few weeks buying a S14 S1 for 5k EOFY is expensive for me all this on my casual wages lol hmm im listening to kanye west stronger.. kanye west i dont knw if u older folks like or listen to this stuff.. but i love it and how shit was that flu col!!!
