I would just like to thank Greg Boyle from Autosport Engineering in Kirrawee Sydney for an excellent manual conversion job on my r34 gt-t. It only took two days and I was very happy with the result. Everything works well and he was more than happy to answer any questions. I chose Autosports because a member from the forums referred him and said he was the man for the job, he was certainly right. It took me more than 2 months to find a place that I could trust to do the job and in the end my patience paid off. Sorry, I consulted someone on the value of my auto box and so I've decided to keep it as $450 is very under priced and I'm sorry as I had no idea of its value at the time. I'll just keep it till someone starts a post whcih indicates that they desperately need it. I know the tipronic set isn't in demand at the moment but one day someone's auto box is going to blow. Hi Chris, This clutch & flywheel came off an r33 gtst and thats about all i know. It is just missing one bolt but ive been told that can be easily replaced. I do believe that it is a bolt on. I will post up pics tonight for all to see and point out where the missing bolt is.

Thanks for your advice guys, well i dont plan to aim for the 250kw+ untill probably another year. As for now I just have an FMIC, full exhaust, bleed valve (running at 12psi) and pod and im getting a power fc soon so basically from what you guys have told me i don't think i will be needing this clutch. I'm also scared about ramming the car in front of me hehehehe So I guess i'll leave it up for sale. Thanks alot guys. One more question though, would this clutch enable my car to pull harder as opposed to say a standard heavy duty or brass button clutch in a straight line race?

I have one of these up for sale on the FOR SALE section as I have been told that they are really hard to drive if you have not driven manual before, but I've also been told that they are also top of the line clutches. Now i don't know whether i should leave it in the for sale section or whether i should keep it for personal use in the future? Whats your suggestions? I have not driven manual and have been told to start off with a standard heavy duty clutch. Do you think i could learn manual on the OS twin plate clutch? I drive daily by the way, heard it could be a bitch through traffic. So from the aforementioned, what's your opinion on this clutch? Cheerios

I recieved the OS GIKEN TWIN PLATE CLUTCH + FLYWHEEL with a manual conversion kit that i bought. The reason of sale is that I am a noob to manual and many of my friends who own manual cars have told me that the twin plate clutch is not a good clutch to learn manual on even though it is a topshelf clutch. So im going along with their advice and sticking to a standard heavy duty clutch. The person whom i bought the kit off told me that the clutch is is mint condition as it only saw approx 7000km. I am willing to part with it for $900 ono as I have been told by others that this clutch is expensive brand new. If no one buys it i will just keep it for a future upgrade for when i become more familiar with driving manual. I am also willing to trade for a brand new heavy duty clutch and standard r33 gtst flywheel + extra cash on top. Pics will be sent if requested. Cheerios

Im selling the entire tiptronic set, and yes that would be the shifter and everything but not the ecu as i will be keeping that until i get a power fc. I will also be keepiing the dash. I am not sure whether you can put this into an r33. Does anybody know if this is possible?
