man, thats pretty stupid james makes a good point, but wat kinda person would let an 11yr old drive their car? EXPECIALLY a "high performance" one? i think thats very, VERY poor judgement on the old guys part, and sadly..he paid for it. letting a 11yr old drive his car...at night..in the rain....wat does he expect? hell, i dont let my 20yr old friends drive my car because this may happen.

ey, another item for sale i got a lil 10cm tv that i also need to sell. retails 348, asking 200 i have a site of the tv: http://www.tandy.com.au/cgi-bin/tandy.stor...duct/View/G7240 it has some minor scratches on the screen, nothing deep only lil faint ones.

yeah i think they can man, thats only if u got illegal things on the outside though, eg tires i dont think there is a law that a person must be in the car for it to be defected, but i could be wrong
