guys!!! im new to syd and havnt had my car for long... i dont know many people yet and i heard about this envy cruise so i went... I honestly didnt know what to expect when i went and i thought the burnouts were the norm thing... lol im not into f#@king my car by doing burnouts n shit... so guys i rather cruise with some skylines:D!!!!!!!!!!! I recently boosted my 96 GTST... and i used a manual boost controller (T PEICE)... im not good with the terms, but my mechanic disconnected the standard boost solenoid... i understand this is the normal way to boost it, but i have heard it is best to reset your ECU after disconnecting the solenoid, otherwise the car may run too lean?? i know this may make no sense, but like i said im a newbie.. if anyone knows what im on about, can they give me any advice on how a 96 series 2 should be boosted with a T piece??

SIKR33, can u provide some pics?? because when i boosted my series 2, i disconnected the boost restricter and fitted a pipe on without the bump in the middle.... its on most nissans and my friend did the same to his 200sx.... im sure i know what ur talking about, but if u can show some pics of what u mean that would be great!!

hahahaah blitz!! did u hear about that??? there we were leaving macdonalds after meeting up! and a red twin turbo lexus decides to burn it up, which then made 2 r32's do some donuts and so on lol!! i was the only r33 there which suked! when we gonna have a local cruise!

franks i agree mate!! i can change my oil no probs, but i dont have the time and tools to spot or fix anyother probs! when it comes down to it guys, u basically need a mechanic u can trust and know he wont bullshit ya... luckily i have found one in the nrth beachs and he has a skyline of his own and dies for skylines! so i trust him fully!!
