  1. I find the K&N panel filters to give better responsiveness. As a daily driver I just find something like this to suit my needs. But if your really out for the the intake sound, go for the pod, but as everyone said, let it at least have some cold air feed. Most likely the Blitz and K&N Pod's. I haven't used apex'i but as far as I can see it won't be as noisy as the two brands. Though I've heard that some cheap brand Pods use cheap oil which can make the sensor dirty reducing performance.

Spot on ted180! Are you doing it on computer or by hand drawings? You should definitely finish what you started

Pretty much a drawing thats not coloured. Everything is drawn with lines (straight or curved). It's like a sketch without shading. or
  4. Best to sell it while it's still "rare" for its condition . I'm most likely guessing 13k to 15k. Get more money out of it before the km's start piling up and put that towards your GTR.
  5. Though I've only have had a quick drive with those two cars, both cars are worth getting. Both look and perform great ( WIN WIN ). What personally what struck me the was the EVO VIII's handling. I guess I felt more comfortable driving one? Regardless, because of my love of Skylines id still have to go with the r33 GTR ( sounds biased doesn't it ). I usually don't pick people up, plus I don't care much about pushing the passenger seat up to let someone in or out, but if you get annoyed at something like that consider the 4 door EVO VIII. But listen to what TommO has to say, it comming from someone who's had the best of both worlds , and take it into consideration. If you can test drive both cars locally and see which one suits you. In the end it really depends on which car you love and have more passion for
  6. Seems a tad long just to fit an already bought cat-back exhaust. I've had a custom cat-back(mandrel bent) exhaust made and fitted which took roughly that long.
  7. Hope all goes well with the conversion and is 100% hassle free.
  8. I'm in actually in the same situation as Veeedka was, when he looking for a skyline. I asked around if i should get a GTS and put in a turbo later on, but people advised me not to due to some having problems with high compression or something. Or removing the turbo from a GTS-T. So i opted to get a GTS and later on sell it to another kid in my situation who wants a skyline but must buy a GTS and i'll go get a GTS-T or GTR later on. When it comes to cars, im an absolute noob. I was reading a thread on what to look for in a skyline, what i should be aware of and what problems to look for. My dad has some decent knowledge about cars but i don't think he would be able to spot everything listed. A few things what im really concearned about is buying a rebirthed car (no idea where to look for if its legit or not, PIC's of the typical place it would be would be some nice help ) or a car which has been in an accident where the suspension has been damaged (after hearing the car will never be able to drive straight again). Realistically what do you guys do when you buy/bought a car(skyline)? Seems there are so many things to look for that it wouldn't be done in 1 day, coz seriously i would hate to have some guy coming more than 1 day having a constant look at the car for hours and taking it for spin and pushing the car. Just an out of the blue question, what kind of mods are legal for P's after the restrictions? Exhaust, filters, Cold air intake or whateva? I won't be planning on putting it straight away, since i need to learn how to walk before i can run EDIT: and i do prefer the r33 looks over the r32
