hey guys well i got the usual symptoms car misfiring around 3 - 35 -4000 revs and after reading all the possible causes i thought the easiest one to check would be the plugs after taking em out i found them to be like this you never seen someone so happy to find shitty plugs do you reckon theyve been changed in the last 20000kms? so whats a good replacement plug? and im guessing 0.8 gap is the way to go?

hey all got a question for you skyline gurus (suprise!) with the exhaust i got with the car i the previous owners welded the restrictor into place, theres a bolt underneath but all it does is freespin the engine drives ok at low revs but it sort of dies or lacks power at high revs does anyone know what exhaust it is? i asked a guy from a exhaust shop and he said to just cut the restrictor out is it just as easy as that? ps it has the jasma plate on it aswell thanks
