  1. My last was a nice Ben sherman one from Myer. had the drivers license in a pull out with 2 card slots so if you want to travel light it was a good convertible. have a fossil now..sucks massively no foreign currency fits.
  2. I have BC's and been very happy with them.
  3. sure Calder on the 8th?
  4. ute you can use!!
  5. pursuit is the GS drive train in a ute, so same same. or just buy a xr6T with double the load capacity, double the towing capacity and witha tune almost the same power.
  6. they are coming to AU very shortly, circa 80K or 105ish for the launch edition with a bunch of extras and limited edition badging (fk that) but so I have been told Alfa have stopped taking orders as they now have an expected 2 years wait list in AU. I was waiting to jump in one to see how well I fit, but seems no point now.
  7. too easy
  8. check instructions. might be too hot for the resin.
  9. I'm with you after this one never again. how do you design a car that goes through wheel bearings every 20-40K
  10. hmm so it's a "heavily modified" GT...wonder what EPA has to say about that. with over 400kw....meeting every ADR natrually used at V8 supercar and drag events...100% legal however. and yeah lets put in the cheapest fuel we can... prob was tuned for E85 or something and they put liberty E10 in it!!!
  11. bunnings. we used to get the stuff to fix the machinery on the farm from there. edit: http://www.bunnings.com.au/diggers-0-25m-fibreglass-repair-kit-no-1_p1565863 http://www.bunnings.com.au/diggers-1m-fibreglass-repair-kit-no-3_p1565902
  12. well if you think about it. technically R34 GTT and GTR are both rated at 206KW.. so why would you buy GTR when a GTT4 would be technically the same.. stupid gentleman agreement, call it as it is.
  13. they being a little cagy about what buying, but it for Time attack, so assuming evo or R35
  14. they had developed as far as they thought they could take it, starting a new project to go even faster now
  15. Nah on the old Sun Ultra 10's just give the HDD a good work out, it would then fail and it was vendor issue not mine.... just kidding.. but a well set up system should not page very often. and if you have some redundancy then even easier. was there for 36 hours straight once rebuilding an exchange server, got me a week off for that so score!
  16. When I last did on call, we got $$ for the week on call, plus 4 hours TIL min for any call out, was IT as well, so did not need to be onsite so long as we could log on within 1 hour was all good. And laptop/phone with data meant we could do it anywhere. and not hard to be sober enough to troubleshoot a unix box. I used to love it as I would not budget for the cash, so was free car parts!
  17. Yeah I had to lug my 26 block to the back of the house, the complete 302 motor we got tho took 2 of us to lift onto the ute.
  18. Leroy, interesting article on how to get a SR powered FWD 2 sec faster down the Quarter for 0$ think this could be a valid test for you. or any hatchback really... http://www.nerocam.com/SCC_TAP.asp
