does this sound right... last night on the hume highway in nsw... a black evo 9 approached me.. n we went at it 3 times.... all three times were rolling start and my nose was just ahead of his... i thought i was gna get thrashed considering that all i have is a cat back exhaust, front mount n a bit of boost... he even freakd out.. but does this sound right.. we both dropped gears together and all that and i still got infront of him.. to my knowledge they are 206kw and whats a mere stock r33 skyline like mine got compared to 206kw.???

thanks champ... although a mechanic looked at my car he rekons its the presuure plate in my clutch... but i doubt it.. it still grabs fine and everything.. ill get another mechanic to add some oil in the box n see how we go...

any easy way out on fixing it? or is it just a common small prob?

as u will all no from my previous topics about r33's... im not all that mechanical n stuff.. but heres my problem anyway... tonight driving home from work.. as im shifting up/down and throwing it in first gear on take off.. its really really stiff.. as if its like it doesnt want to go in.. and its only getting slowly worse n worse.. and onnly recently.. everytime i let go of the clutch.. theres a noise on idle.. like a hissing noise.. and everytime i put my leg back down on the clutch its gone.. does this mean my gearbox is gone.. or on its way? or is it something smaller.. such as maybe gearbox/ clutch oil??? anyone have suggestions/ideas on what this could/ couldnt be??? some advise would be really good.. rather than someone telling me shit i dont need to hear...! thanks guys rami

well.. i got a twin plate clutch, ecu, tein coilovers, im looking for some injectors atm.. and for diff well we will have to see if it wil handle such power... but either way.. its a long time b4 i start thinking of a turbvo upgrade... right now i want my ext wastegate/screamer pipe if i find one fitted for under $800

its not a dreamers thread.... but did i say thats it! im gna save my ass up 4 gz n upgrade my turbo... his just telln me puttin 1650 on a bit of noise isnt worth it u might as well go all out.... and i think his right.. dont you?

oh yeh and the reason WHY i called rigoli... was just to get a quote... so i know what im looking at... im gna keep looking around.. if its gna cost me more than $700-$800 to get what i want... il just save up n go for a turbo upgrade like u said.. but thanks for the info lukas..

on ebay they got some screamer pipe where u just bolt on... anyone got info on them? do they help airflow.. etc etc
