if its over 100,000 ks then id say use a 10W40 ask your mechanic tho as he gets a hands-on opinion of the car, but personally i would use a thicker oil over 100ks

yeh its not so much k's but engine wear, which conincedently does increase the more k's the engine has done if your engine is worn id consiser using something other than 5W50 but if the engines still in good nick then theres no problems!!

just read your pose there rev im gettin my flywheel machined to smooth it out not to lighten it, when you say the cast iron outer is the only strong part, how thick is this outer layer ie how far can you machine it without taking away from its strength...

im in the process of replacing my clutch, i personally am not going to replace with a lightened flywheel, just machine it mainly due to the money factor...

i dont think they would be the same... if you get a turbo-back jap system ie apexi n1 or hks super drager expect to pay 1500+ if you get custom piping made by exhaust shop it will be less than that but id say over 1000 still...

depends on your engine really if its worn, done alot of kms or hard kms then use a thicker oil - 10W40 if the engine is in relatively standard condition, low ks and hasnt been really pushed then 5W50 would be fine the only other one is 15W50 but id say thats too thick....

yeh my clutch is in the process of being replaced and from going into the workshop and looking at the car i wouldnt recommend trying it yourself unless youve got alot of time and patience deifnately get someone else to do it!!

yeh mobil 1 5W50 is too thin for a worn engine, redline or agip 10W40 would be better im surprised to hear alot of you using mobil 1, ive been told by quite a few people to stay clear of it - not good quality etc...

joe if you just want speakers than yeh go to cash converters or you can have my old ones, they work fine but are just really crap:P if you want good speakers ie alpines let me know how much u want to spen cos a mate of mine works at car stereo city and ill see what he can do for that price
