you will be needing 2 bottle for a complete brake flush/bleed. you HAVE to start working from the rear left -> rear right -> front left -> front right. Reason being that you wanna flush out all the old fluid and the only way to do that is to start flushing @ the wheel furthest from the brake cylinder.. always make sure that you do NOT empty out the brake cylinder while pumping out the old fluid. get it refill constantly with the new oil. i did mine with the wheels on and with a half turn as well. make sure you got some degreaser or a rag on standby becos the fluid will leak onto your rims/tyres. Its very corrosive. hope that helps.

i am on the point of eruption here, nick. read and recall ALL my PMs and advice to you... i said GO redline oil if you have the cash.. if not, go VMX80 with G70. I was low on cash so i went VMX in my gearbox and redline oil in my diff.

yup!! .. that's what i did!!... i first put the VMX80 first.. but the gearbox still abit crunchy... so i added in the G70 and it works really well. Gearbox is really smooth now... although it was NOT fun squeezing in a tube of toothpaste into a full gearbox.

hmm... pretty much same for my car.... i got 5L of gearbox oil and 2L for the diff oil just to be safe.

good. find out which oil is for which. might have to give the servicing a rain check till Neil gets better.....

nick, you got the redline oil already? http://www.redlineoil.com.au/reseller-locations.asp pls go to the FAQ section and find out how many litres you actually do need for your gearbox and diff.
