Hey Derek! Thats my old car mang.. sorry to hear ur havin issues with it! The gear box probably could do with an oil change, and maybe clutch too dude. Try double clutching into gears and see if it still crunches, if it doesnt, its most likey syncros. As for the engine, i got no idea what that noise is. A loose timing belt will make that noise, but i had the belts changed not long before selling the car. If you got any other issues man, u've got my number! A. PS. if you ever decide to sell that car let me know first! I miss it.
