I have a gtst, and the din layout is; climate control, deck, 3gauge holder (obviously with gauges) gtrs are guages, climate then deck i was just wondering how hard is it to move everything down? i havnt sused it out yet, but would i need to make new brackets for the deck? will i have enough wire to move the climate control down? pic is a gtst exactly how i want it cheers

  5. hhahaha wtf now all of a sudden it duz! last week, out of nowhere it started clicking/chiming/whatever on me!! i thought they were the ticking of my wheel nuts coming loose n bouncing on the ground!

  7. hey all i have a dilemma i have a kaaz 1.5lsd that isnt locking anymore... ppl tell me all i need to do is change the oil (hasnt been changed since the car came to oz) n it should lock again, but i think i want a 2way.. now unless someone wants to directly swap me a 1.5 for a 2 way id be more then happy to. i dont care about tire wear, noise, clunks ect, i just want 50/50 lock do i shim it to make it really tight? or do i weld it for good. only reason why i dont wanna weld it is that im running 240rwkw n dont wanna be breaking driveshafts.. i have a rb25 box, that should be fine with 240 + weld right?? cheers!
  8. just sux when ur doing a 100km/h entry n all of a sudden u loose power steering oh well ill have to back of throttle first, then clutch in half a sec later see how winton goes, if it duz my head in i guess ill just put a stock bov back on

  10. i dont have a stock turbo, so it sounds unique (compared to 90% of skylines i have seen) stock bov just duznt do it for me, i like the blitz ones, but it gets annoying, and i cant stand the hks ssq or whatever... that one that sounds like a budgie getting its head chopped off
  11. yo i recently blocked off my bov (not for the muzzer sound, coz my old bov was broken from the bolts), and basically everytime i hit boost and clutch in so it idles, the car will stall now i think i remember reading up along time ago, that it stalls before the afm gets confused or something coz of the pressure coming out.. others said its because the afm is old.. so could it be my afm giving up or do i how to relocate the AFM if so, where? i seen alot of people put it on the piping coming from the plenum, what exactly is needed to do this? eg how much/what type of wiring? what do i do with the pod? get an adaptor or something? cheers

  17. Isnt 170-175 too high for a turbo engine? Shouldn't it be around 150? Are you sure u didnt buy a non turbo?

  21. How to clean your afm: Either Carby cleaner or brake cleaner.. Carby cleaner will leave a residue, and that will attract dirt to it and clog up the afm sensor again. Whereas the brake cleaner evaporates and doesn't leave any residue.
