  1. if your going to the extent of top mounting it get a MAP sensor based ecu, afms look gay on top mount setups and if you think afms gonna restrict flow, get a greddy dual intake kit, smash 2 on then
  2. Neos better, solid head and 26 rods in them im led to believe halfcut would be around the 4k mark im guessing~
  3. get a Gt35 with the .63 rear then update the rear to a 1.06 later down the track when you put in the 30 bottom end works well on a standard 25 and definately not to laggy
  4. rain + boost = bye bye traction and GTRs do understeer for those saying AWD has twice the traction comes down to the driver at the end of the day
  5. not everyones got mad skills like you bubba 25 with box drive in drive out 6k (stock) 30 drive in drive out 12-15k (forged) budget another 6k+ for a turbo setup and 2-3k for fuel then you should be right
  6. Mazda FD3S is quiet appealing and if i cant fit in one..... I'd settle for a 03 STi Evos interior just doesnt appeal like Subbies

  8. 25/26/30 all have the same bore 86mm i believe Difference is in the head, Id go with the 25 NEO as they are much cheaper then 26s to replace (alot less work too without the awd sump and all) 25 NEOs can run 400hp safely if tuned right, only think good about the 26 is the forward facing plenum... Or do a 30 conversion if you want the "big bad boy"
  9. I was told if the exhaust and cats are stock you dont need an emmisions test? Can be done, Bubbas gone from a 20 to 30 and I went from 26 to 30 I think it just depends which inspector you get @ the pits
  10. What they said! an aftermarket pump will only increase the amount of oil going to the head problem is going down not up! Happens on all 26s not just early 32 GTRs with the short crank collar
  11. Check on Nissansilvia now known as hardtuned.net i think Im sure theres quiet a few write-ups about sticking an RB into a S1X chassis as for your other questions, what is the goal of this engine/car/budget? Go from there mate

  15. Standing over an engine on a stand isnt painful, leaning over an engine bay beats it by a mile!! as for sittin on the floor i guess it could be done
  16. Problem with it being on the ground is after half a day your lower back will be screaming at you
