Item: 17" White (pearl) AVS Rims with tyres 5x114.3 Fronts are 17x8 Rears are 17x9 Tyres are Federal. Fronts are 235/45/17 Rears are 255/40/17 Condition: Rims are in pretty poor condition paint is flaking in parts and plenty of gutter rash. Tyres: Fronts have about 80-85% tread Rears 1 Has approximately 75-80% Tread, the other has the same although is heavily scrubbed on the inside, it also has had a puncture reapair. thanks guys ill try kinda hard when it only does it occasionally but ill try.. it literally sound like airbrakes going off on a truck (that kinda high pitched hiss) and happens from the front of the vehicle.. it hasnt done it yet today..but probably will tonight its really weird lol theres no like pressure release system built in anywhere ive never heard of is there?? im not sure too but since the car was sitting ideling this morning i've kinda been thinking it might be coming from the steering somewhere...since it didnt happen on idle.. maybe it when i turn the wheel for the first time??

I would but its a kind of hard thing to explain when the car only does it sometimes on start up.. and I dont even know where the sound comes from if you get what I mean... Thats why I thought I'd ask on here first incase and of you guys had experienced a similar problem..

Boost fine and idle hasnt change.. it doesnt do it under load and only does it like the once on start up today I left it to idle for 15minutes before I took it for a drive and it only made the noise as I reversed from the driveway..

OKay before you guys start on the BOV jokes lol theres a really weird noise coming from my r33 upon start up thats got me a lil worried. Anyways to fill you in I took the car on a lil bit of a drive the other night through the dandedongs and what not and well essentially gave her a decent work out.. Anyways only since then I've heard what appears to be the sound of air escaping (loud like trucks air brakes loud) upon starting the car and beginning to drive this usually happens when the car has just started in motion, and has occured whilst driving or in reverse..the noise only happens the once and if I turn the car off and on it won't do it.. I guess it only really occurs after its been sitting for a while.. Does anyone have any ideas?? To me it sounds like some sort of pressure release but for the life of me I have no idea why...THANKS in advance.

yeah i know guys its all just a number just like the skyline is just a car but we dont say that all now do we Wayne let me know when your free the exhaust is locked away in the back shed I can bring it any time As for the unichip power fc debate.. as I was saying at the end of this year unichip are bringing out a new module onto the market can be used as both a piggy back and full stand alone unit.. so for 1500-2000 inc tuning I reckon it might work out a lil cheaper than then power fc..

thanks guys I heard the power effort wasnt too bad for those mods my mate went also he has a similar setup to me except no front mount and boost controller but a full blitz exhaust and split dump and he pulled 175... i know that in shootout mode the power figure is a lil higher that the realistic output but im still rather happy. im also looking into the new unichip which is soon to be released the one that can be used as a full engine management system or piggy-back with the stock comp.. dynomotive quoted me around 1500 fully installed for that.. although it wont be released for a few months. not sure of the comparison between that and something like the power fc..

personally cause im a bit of an adventurer.. i'd just do it for the experience if nothing else.. although Im sure with a bubs on the way things may be a bit more difficult.. have a look into the proposed wage.. even if you go for a year or two the missus will probs be off work then to look after bubs.. and you could come back here when your child is old enough send him or her to a decent school and have plenty of money saved for a house and life over here..

Hey guys I have an r33 it currently has little or no mods.. Pod filter, FMIC, Cat back exhaust and Boost Controller (running 9psi) anyways on the dyno at dyno dynamics in bayswater it pulled 181.7kw. Im looking to get around 200kw out of it without going all out on mods.. obviously next I need to get a full exhaust.. What else???

Speakers are basically brand new I had them in the car for probs 2 months before I upgraded to polk gear.. their the yellow coned kevlar ones..I can send photos via mobile only at the moment as my camera is broken (it got wet).. only thing I dont have for the speakers is the grills but Ill through in my polk ones since I'm not using them
