im interested in getting my rocker cover dipped in acid . any body have any idea how much this would cost in sydney , and where is a suitable cheap place?

i got suspended for 6 months = i loose all my points , cause i think i only have 6 . the cop wrote the date i get my license back and it was from the date i got this fine. he said you are suspended from now . and i got 21 days to pay my fine.. i doubt i could still drive now , because : 1/ he took my license and said i cant drive home and if i got caught things could get worse for me . some one had to pick my car up . but i drove home cause no one would at 1 .30 on a saturday morning lol.. 2/ the dates on the paper slip are fixed . he didnt say to me the time starts when u pay the cash , otherwise why would they give me 21 days , theyd say when u pay the fine - the period is enforced. 3/ on the paper it also says i have surrendered to the officer for exceeding 45km/over . and that a period of 6 months has elapsed from the date of the offence .

i called the rta up a week ago . im temporarily suspended . but when i do get my license back , i wont have any points . i will recieve my points back which will be 6 . when i get to my black license . so tecnically i have a yr and several months on zero points - which i need to be really carefull. but if i have the slightest infringement im off for 3 months . TO: someonestolecc 6 months and 6 points suspension is just that. You lose your license for 6 months and are ineligible to drive a car/bike/boat. After 6 months you get your license back and you can drive again but you're minus 6 points. The 6 points come back in 3 years from the LAST OFFENCE (so if you make it to 2.5years and get a speeding fine - guess what the 3 years starts from then). The actual suspension starts when you pay (that's admitting guilt). i asked them that , i think your wrong with that statement . instead of it restarting . it just pauses because im on no points . and then the time carries on.. so no need to have to restart that 3 years from last offence etc.. cheers for info though ... found rta to be most usefull since the rules are made by them and we abide by them

when i got done for speeding the other week - funny enough , i parked my car facing a wall . they didnt even check my car . and yet i have some illegal shit on the car . no engineer certificates for mods . funny the way the cops work - bastards...

when you get your license back - you will have no points at all for the remainder of being on your p's. so 1 slip up and your off for another 3 months . you get 6 points when u reach your black license , where most people will have 12 . ... better play it safe . as for buying a car - why ask other's opinions , at the end of the day its your money and your the one who is going to have to live with what you buy . so buy what makes you happy mate.

all those who want to know - i called up the rta today . iv just been suspended for 6 months . and lost all my points. so what happens is - iv just gotta go and get the photo done again before the date . only thing is i have no points until im on black license . so i cant slip up ever . otherwise 3 months straight away because i have no points . but when im on blacks i get the 6 back. i still dont know why the cop took my license - they even said it was pointless . can i have some ones honest opinion though - since im off for 6 months should i sell my car ?

when this happened - how did you actually get your license back ? do they just send it back to you in the post or someting? or do you gotta go get photograph and all that shit ?... the cop said theyd send me something in the mail.... i wasnt really listening , he was being to much of a tool.. but yeah looks like i got the same as you did - although he said something about knocking me up for a couple of years , "the woman copper" said hes one of the nice cops on the road.. im like yeah say that to me again .

i lost my lisence the other night , and got 6 months + $1569 fine. i dont have to go to court or anything , but i wanted to know do i have to go for my liscence and start all over again on L's? or do i just have to go back to the rta in 6 months and be issued with a new one? how many points do i get back? anyone who has a similar experience = could you help me out with some info?

why spend so much on a boost gauge ? i got a decent one from just jap which reads in PSI for $70 . smokey face , nice and bright when you turn her on . easy installation , just buy a pillar to mount them , they do come with a mounting system though ,

i was just curious - now critisize if you want , but it was a thought that popped into my head . iv seen some cars with an all black top . some 180's , few older silvias . now i was wondering what you guys would think of an r33 with a black top , with some dark tinted windows . anyone seen this before or any one got any pics etc? wondering how much this would cost .

hey guys i bought a gfb m.b.c , before i attempt to install it - i was wondering with the tension adjustment - for controlling boost , what is the safest way to adjust to the amount of boost i want . do i have the allen key adjustment bolt - tightened so its tight - and just slowly adjust in increments? how much psi should i boost it to? at the moment i get around 9 - 10 psi stock in 3rd gear im running a 3 inch turbo back exhaust + screamer pipe + hi flow cat etc , pod filter , fmic , stock turbo btw - some light shed would be apreciated !!! thanks

solar tint = 20% all round , $300 . - ilegal tint though , you shouldnt have any trouble with it , as long as your not doing anything stupid . see my display pic , quaters are dark as anything . you could get 10% for $30 more , but you wouldnt need it , 20 is dark enough
