I realize that but I still need to know where the gear goes as I don't want to jam the disk against the oil pump and I also don't want it on to loose.

Hey guys, Can anyone tell me how far the crank timing pulley needs to go on? The manual doesn't say and there are no marks on the crank apart from a grove just in front of the oil pump oil seal. Does it go onto the edge of this? Does the harmonic balancer position it? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Matt

Anyone know where to buy a standard r32 balancer then. Or are they the same price as aftermarket. Not building a super crazy engine.
