  1. I have found a set of R34GTR coilovers with a second set of springs and they have the resevoirs on the side on all four and look well made but I own a R33 GTR. They look the same to me. Can I make them work? Can anyone help? Thanks Rich
  2. What kind of fittings work with the teflon hose? Are they the barbed type that you need to soak the ends of the hose in boiling water to expand it so to get the hose on? Thank you all for your input.
  3. I would of thought that the line I was using and the fittings were the best to get. The amount of money I have spent to make this was stupid. I hate learning the hard way. Is the teflon hose a rubber hose with black teflon on the outside?
  4. I will look into relocating the line you were talking about. I am using AN fittings. I used a liquid teflon on all the fittings going into the surge tank (they leaked before I did that and they were a 3/8 NPT) and it stays dry. I did not put sealant on the AN side of the fittings though.
  5. I have installed a new surge tank, 6AN, 10AN lines and external pump and a Tomei fuel rail in the car and have a really bad smell of gas. I do not have the lid (cover) bolted down because the way I am running my lines but know of someone that has his cover off as well and he gets a very faint smell. I am also missing my rear speakers so the fumes penetrate the inside of the car. I can let the car run for twenty minutes and use lintless blue towels and wipe all the fittings and where it comes out and back into the tank and surge tank and I never find the towels get wet. I have posted a couple of pics to show how I did it. Can pressure be pushing past the black ring the holds the intank pump in place? Is the gas tank sealed on the bottom of the car so when the top cover is on it is completely sealed? The original breather is still plugged in. Has anyone else gone through this? I am scared to start my car. I have to open it up for a few minutes to clear the fumes out.
  6. I figured it out. The Dropping resistor had gotten wet
  7. Is the injector harness a sub harness that connects to the maine harness or does it go straight to the ECU on a GTR? Can anything make this go bad like a resistor or a fuse? I was driving home the other night and and the car started missing on a cylinder. I thought I blew another charge pipe, but did not. I checked for foul plugs and bad coils by swapping them out and then I pulled the fuel rail with the injectors and would turn the engine over and #1 would not squirt. I moved #3 & #1 araound and finally found with a tester that #1 is getting no power, or not enough. Sometimes when I drive it and I am coming to a light at idle it was running on all 6 and then when I went to leave the light and give it more gas it was missing again. Can someone help me? I have posted somewhere else as well because of the need for help. Thanks, Rich
  8. I have that already. The wire colors do not match mine and it uses a tomei plug not the z32 so those colors are different as well.
  9. I have searched over and over for an exact way to match the wires with no luck. Can someone help? I have been given the diagrams for the GTS-T and other models and even diagrams with different colored wires but these are what I have to work with. I am ready to install my Z32 AFM's and I have the plugs that came with them. Does anyone remember what goes to what? The diagragm does not help me. I have seen on a GTR UK forum where someone said splice across and someone else says NO, don't splice across Z32 plug wires A. Orange & green B. White sheilded C. Black D. Black Sheilded E. White w/ black stripe R33 Plug wires A. --- Not used B. Orange C. Black w/ grey dot D. White E. Black w/ White stripe I would be greatful if someone could look at the way it is wired in.
  10. It's the KN6, Dark Grey Pearl. We do not have many here in the states so I do not have anything to compare it to. I have a set of mud gaurds that I want painted but am affraid they will not match it correctly
  11. It's all in the lighting. It is original.
  12. Thanks for the compliment, some call it Gunmetal but the paint is called Dark Grey Pearl. Most of the time it looks dark Grey, sometimes a light purple color and then Blue
  13. These are a couple of pics of mine. I just got her 6 weeks ago
