yer thats true.. i dunoo would like to upgrade the gtst to 270kws and then drive a 250kw gtr and see what i prefer

but it will take months or longer to be able to do those things to the 32.. where as i can have the 33 now

yer any advice would be good. I just lik the idea of a gtr for shows etc cos u see a hell of a lot of 33s around but not as many 32 gtrs

haha yer why not fk wid my head a bit more lol havent slept in days now! lol yer i see it as a steep back to a 32 but a step up to a gtr lol but yer i dunno... my 33 is so much newer and nicer to drive in etc, but the gtr feels so much sportier but not as quick

haha yer see i like the 33 better but soooooooo much potential in the GTR isnt there!! lol i have to say yes or no to this GTR tonight. had it compression tested all good etc.. but yer its STOCK STOCK and never been dynoed and it reali doesnt feel that quick at all

Now i have been looking at a 32 GTR and its nice paint a but rough and is standered except for some turbos. estimated dyno 200kws now if i buy the gtr i have to sell my car and add another $4000 onto it to get the gtr.... So my choices are get the GTR and have to leave it standered for AGES until i get my bank balance back up. OR Keep the GTST and spend the $4000 on a new turbo and injectors plus a new Vented bonnet and Flared gaurdes. And hopefully Dyno at over 270kws????? But a GTR is a GTR But a 270kw GTST would be a wepon! HELP

insurance is roughly the same slightly more for the gtr but fuel i was expecting to be roughly the same once i push the 33 out to around 270kws and the gtr being roughly 250kws... yet expecting the gtr to be quicker Also being an older car i guess it will have less comfort features. Worse rid, less safty features etc

First off yes sorry for opening another thread but would reali like some advice. Im not sure wheather or not im doing the right thing. And i feel like im getting cold feet. Just need a bit of advice about the two cars. First off at the moment i own a GTST SERIES 2 R33. It has a perfect body and interior. 204.5kws at the wheels Stainless Steel turbo back exhaust POD Power FC and controller Apexi Boost Controller Front and Back strut braces Big Intercooler Aliminium Radiator AVS light weight rims Runs perfect I enjoy it dont get me wrong but if i was to keep it id mod it a bit, most prob get slides high flow and some injectors. Now the car im looking at is a GTR R32 1990 Its got new HKS GT-ss turbos Titaniam Exhaust R33 GTR seats HUge light wieght rims Stock everything else Things i would do to it is new computer (if i can find one a power fc and controller, pods and boost controller) Needs a bit of attention to the paint, needs new tyres. Now ive never reali driven a GTR before and i dont kno if loosing a perfect car will be made up by the experiance of owning a GTR? Is there reali that much differance in driving the two? I wanted to one day use the car at the drags if adelaide ever gets one! soi yer which would be better Its my daily driver car also just a bit worried that im doing the wrong thing and i wont enjoy it as much. i prefer the 33 shape and comfort but im drawn to the GTR badge... any help advice or anything would reali reali be appreciated just a bit confused about what to do... and loosing a hell of alot of sleep over it Thanks Adam

hmmmm so its going to be tough seeing if there real or not??? ill ask troy at boostworxs to see if he can see them when i take it in i guess

mate seeing as u seem to kno a bit about wjats going on lol, any way i can check or an easy way to see if the turbos are REAL GT-SS and not some cheap chinese knock offs?

lol i thought that to but he had plans on doing that then the cash ran out. but it even runs stock air cleaner things not pods. evrything looks stock as.

oh excellent that makes me feel alot better and this car is clean as to... also never been boosted... just hope they go as low as what im offering... and that the check at boostworxs is ok

thanks mate for the advice.. im pretty conservative driving my car! im just worried and loosing sleep bout buying a gtr i want it so bad but have heard some horror stories about them. and to make it worse i have a beautiful gtst that i kno is great that ill have to get rid of to get the gtr

the one im looking at has HKS GT-SS TURBOS (GT-25 BALL BEARING) and FULL 3.5 INCH TITANIUM EXHAUST. Those turbos any good? they a ok up grade from the standered turbos? and is that what ur talking about when u say good aftermarket turbos? thanks for ue advice by the way!

yer the ones i have seen they want over 20k and no suprise they have been for sale for months and months....

is that with or without the power fc?
