  1. Caminperth, I had the same thing happen to me when I had my car at about 13psi while mucking around. It was fine on the dyno but as soon as it was on the road it would start to have the problem you described. The guy told me that it would be even worse on a colder day due to the fact that there was too much air getting into the engine and the air/fuel ratios where not adjusting correctly on my stock ecu. A SAFC would probably fix your problem, I have a simple Pivot air/fuel meter (1 universal setting) and adjusted it to make it a little bit leaner and it has fixed the problem for me. I am no mechanic/tuner so it is just a suggestion Daniel
  2. I have a K & N Filter in my R33 and as mentioned it is the same as the VN-VS Commodore one. The product code to look for is 33-2031-2. I replaced my HKS pod for the stock airbox and K & N panel, and I find it just as good if not better as I never had a CAI and was sucking in hot air. Daniel
  3. I have my receipt in front of me for my Bilstein shocks, the codes are; B46 1916 (rear) B46 1873 (front) Daniel
  4. Read this; http://auto.howstuffworks.com/framed.htm?p...96/pr121096.htm ABS is only as good as the driver, I wouldn't stress about not having it. Daniel
  5. GT25-S13, ! have a white R33 and don't live in Iluka, so no that's not me The reason I sold the 200sx is it was a little too small for me, I am 6 foot and it had a sunroof, very cramped!! Very good cars though, look cool, better than the new S15 in my opinion. I have attached a pic of my old baby Daniel
  6. I'm 25 now, but I was 23 when I had the 200sx, I am with RAC now for the Skyline, but was with SGIO for the 200sx. That probably won't help you as you don't have those companies over there Daniel
  7. There is not much of a price difference in insuring a 200sx from a Skyline (I used to have an S14a) it's just easier to get it. I was paying about $1100 a year for it in Perth with 60% NCB, I am paying about the same for the Skyline now. Daniel
  8. I had Bilsteins and King Springs installed into my car (R33 GTST)about 6 months ago with no problems sourcing the parts in WA. Cost me just over $1300, made a huge difference to handling, but the ride comfort is about the same, so it might not help too much with the bumps in the road, unless of course your shocks are completely stuffed. Daniel
  9. I am a Network/Server Administrator at DOLA, and I agree with Brett, he is a bludger Daniel
  10. I had a similar problem a while ago, but not so severe. In the end it turned out to be the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor), it made the car do some funny things while driving and idling, we just took it off cleaned it and reconnected it, it fixed up the problem!! Daniel
  11. Here's a pic of my car, this was before the new suspension though, I will try and get an after pic soon. Daniel
  12. Again, I would say Wilkinson, I recently had some Bilstein Shocks installed all round and matching King Springs, made a huge difference to handling, cost me $1290 installed. Daniel
  13. Nah, they wanted to do it on the same day I called, but I delayed it until the next day!! Daniel
  14. I had mine replaced last year for my R33, wasn't a problem at all, got it through my insurance (1 free windscreen replacement a year), it was installed by Instant Windscreens. Daniel
