just to let everyone know. i called the seller. seems like a nice decent guy. apparently car was imported but he was stooged and car can not be registered even after 6 months of arguing with the RTA due to paperwork issues. so now he's decided to strip the car. its a whole complete car. some parts may have already been sold though. just some more info for you guys.

thanks for the input dude. but car going in on friday for the manual conversion. so this will no longer be a problem. hope all you guys dont have to go through what i had to with the car being off the road for 2months+ and ending up doing a manual conversion that takes less than a week.
