Toby yeah nah its all good.. i was just expecting around 75kg ish which is where I ended up usually in my gym days at a half decent body fat percentage.. now im fatter and weaker (i'm probably around your height? 5'10 i think i am)
I try to eat veggies when I can be stuffed cooking them, figure its a good way to get nutrients not because I want to loose weight, won't change my diet just need to actually go to gym again. Maybe increase dat protein intake again too, dat $$$ for meat doe
