hey guys i had to get one of my intercooler pipes readjusted and while i was there i got a compression test done. What do you guys think? 1st - 150psi 2nd - 150psi 3rd - 145psi 4th - 140psi 5th - 150psi 6th - 145psi Cheers Adrian

cheers guys thanks for the replies. My main concern is that how responsive they will be, and if there is much lag. From what i already know is that the tr43 is smaller than the tr44. If so will the tr44 be 2 big and laggy for my setup of around 220 230rwkw. Thanks

hey guys sorry if it has been covered before but i just wanted to ask this question before i go and buy it and find that its toooo laggy etc. It is a Hypergear tr44 turbo with a t3 flange and either .66 or .70 A/R They said that this turbo hits boost at 3000 and by 4000 its at full boost. Has anyone had experience with this turbo on an rb20? im looking at around 220rwkw if that helps. Any help much appreciated. Cheers Adrian

hey yeah i have the same problem, Everytime i start the car the the light always comes on then turns off after 5 mins. Pops up every now and again like when i go over bumps etc, but it still drives alright so ive just forgotten about it. I cant see it being a great deal. Cheers

Hey, The other day i have noticed that the car could be lacking a tiny bit of performance. I removed the front bar and where my cooler piping is under the battery, i can see (oil) stains on The inside of my front bar. I am guessing that at the clamp there could be a boost leak shooting out. The stains were not there when i had the stock SMIC, only after the FMIC has been installed. Is this normal for stains to appear or is it telling me that there is a boost leak for certain. Cheers guys Adrian

hey guys I had a k&n pod filter on and ive decided to go back to standard form. I purchased the r32 gts-t airbox and i had a go at fitting it 2nyte. i have come across a problem where i cant get the 4 bolts from the AFM and the box 2 line up without excessive force and squashing the rubber intake pipe. I had the Box mounted on so thats not a problem, I was just wondering if there is any parts that are missin which is causing me to have this problem. detailed pics would be good. What i have is the standard black rubber intake pipe coming up which then connects directly onto the AFM (using those clamps) which then the AFM bolts onto the Airbox. It seems to me that Some sort of bend is required from the intake pipe to the AFM. What are your opinions guys. Cheers Adrian

hey buddy i have a greedy manual boost controller in perfect condition pm me for details..

sounds a bit like how mine wasa my car used to feel sluggish at full throtle but at 1/2 or 3/4 it felt fine. it could be running very rich and also if u havent yet gap ur plugs to .08 it cleared all my flat spots. hope it helps...
