Hey salad im doing some research n which spring and shock system r u using it ?

So like wat salad said is get custom rate spring and wat is the best rate ? Lots of Japs using 8 in the front and 6 in the back. How about Cusco adjustable sway bar cause i have them in my garage. Will S13 sway bar fit on the R32 4 Door ? Also wat is "BIAS" ? is the pineapple really help a lot ? If i want the good Suspension setup do i get whole suspension package like front top n bottom arms adjustable , castor rods, tie rods , tie rod ends, tie rod spacer and etc ? Have u been on track with the Bilsteins coilovers ? Are they good for drift ? If i get the bilsteins coilovers wat else do i have change the foot work area ? Thanks
