at the tip of the exhaust on the stock one there was a sensor or something, im not sure what it was but the dude cut off the connection to it and i was wondering what it was.

nah its not too loud, sounds like any other skyline, one thing is that the exhaust sound is pissing me off inside the car, i wonder if anyone else has this effect where the exhaust seems like its right next to your ear, also it makes a VERY SLIGHT rattling noise at around 5000-6000 rpm, should i get a resonator? one more thing, there was somekind of sensor at the end of the stock exhaust, is that important?

Hey fellaz, i just got my exhaust today, sounds f**ken awesome, but im scared the cops are gonna give me shit about it, its not too loud, doesnt sound pitchy or rattly or farty.

im on my p's, was going to convert my GTS to turbo but not worth it i think, car must be in a condition where all i need to do is replace the engine. let me know what you have or can get thanks. within 100km of sydney.

i said im swaping the engine anyway, im not going to turbo the motor thats in there now, im gonna load up a turbo motor then stick it in my engine bay and throw out or sell the N/A engine.... so my q was what are the parts that will give me a relaible street/track car? sorry if it wasnt clear in the first post, i tend to suck at putting words together lol.

the thing with that is im going to lose money selling the GTS and then lose more money coz im gonna still replace alot of shit in the GTSt motor, if the only diff is bigger brakes, im upgrading to aftermarket brakes anyway, so no issues there u kno wat i mean?

ok so i know its a bit early but hell, i rather start searchin now so that im ready in 2 years time. goal- street car, that i can have fun with at the track as well as take down to the drag strip. car must- be reliable, without sacrificing too much power. car im starting with- 1993 R33 GTS25 if you had the same goal in mind, please let me know what youve done for your engine maybe i can copy you and get all the part details etc... from you. oh and i aint going the bolton way, unless it is completely necessary, im talkin full engine swap and decking out the engine before its put in. ive been reading alot of info in magazines, on the net, on dvd's, been to CGC turbos, DRC, advan, just to name a few. etc.. i have a fair idea of what i want BUT i would like many many 2nd and 3rd etc.. opinions, so let me have em please. thanks fellaz.

thanks fellas, i know its not a powerful car but im on my p's, 2 more years til im allowed to drive turbo, so i have plenty of time to save up... so excited. dw i aint gona do nothing stupid, i know to many people that have and are lucky to be alive. fun is for the track, main roads are for going from a to b.

i feel like my skyline is losing power (its nonturbo so it doesnt have much in the first place lol), how can i tell if im right? what are some signs i can look for or listen for? i tried gunning it pedal to the metal, didnt even spin the wheels... i was like wtf, i flat foot it and it just feels sluggish, doesnt make any funny noises, wat can i do to get the power back? all i can think of is, clean the airfilter or replace it? any other suggestions, i service it every 6 months at mobil but i duno man help me out thanks fellaz.

yeh doesnt matter if its wheels, brake system? obviously better on the gtst, worth much?

im thinking of doing a convserion, selling the N/A engine and dropping in a turbo one, but was wondering if that is the only difference between the GTS and GTSt? or am i better off selling the GTS and buying a GTSt? reason being i dont really want to sell it is because ive put a body kit on it, resprayed it added an exhaust and rims so ive spent quite a bit on the GTS (no not a waste of money when your a P plater who cannot buy a turbo car and want something to look good, in a year though i wish to do this conversion, reason im asking now is so i start saving from now.)
