Well another thing was i am going to do the head gasket soon just to see if i have forged bottom end because i have three mates all with GTR's and they are all stock as a rock and the milage varies most higher one lower, they all use oil just a little every couple of weeks, ...... mine doesn't, and my one of the tuners down here thinks it may have forged bottom end cause when its first started in the morning it has like a kind of barley audible rattle but only for like the first couple of secs, and then nothing, apparently this is because the rings or pistons expand and contract being non standard ? is this true?

Wont be adding the boost e.t.c until my problem in above post is resolved however, Big positive on that, majour service completed new water pump oil pump timing belt throttle possie sensor e.t.c bolts on belt? eh

Have Removed both airflow meters, as of the sensational DIY section on SAU, have fully cleaned out with contact cleaner (pc circuit board use) and re-soldered the connections eh .... I have no idea if it has vac hoses running where they shouldn't be, i know i havnt touched them, should i be checking for leaks on the Factory BOV piping perhaps? I know one thing it runs bloody beautiful and then you will be idling at the light and ...... tears and embarrasment lol

Sorry to be a royal pain in the arse, however i am having the same problem with my daily driven 32 gtr, is there any way of checking for a vacuum or boost leak with out stripping everything bare? i have been putting up with this for the last couple of month's and i am sick to death of it! everything else you mentioned i have replaced but to no avail

Hey Guys I have a 1990 R32 GTR It Has Garret GT2860R-5's, No Cat and HKS Superdragger Catback 4", Pods I am currently making 230RWKW Currently about to put in Walboro 285lph Fuel Pump, Turbosmart T-reg Pro, Mines Tuned Rom I need help with the following ( aka newbie ) 1. How much power can the good ol RB26 Handle before i catch a piston ? 2. Apparently this Mines Chip Runs rather large amounts of boost "1.4 bar", is there any way i can find out exactly what it does before putting it in? Can my turbo's e.t.c handle this much boost? 3. What fuel pressure should i be setting my pressure reg to? its rising rate All help much appreciated Regards Rob

Clutch is slipping need a new one , installing turbosmart treg pro putting in mines rom ... more boost Car is being a bitch has some airflow meter issues, now is all sorted not its runs great but every now and then it will just run fine then stop for no reason? turn the key and its away with no issues?? WEIRD, in process of cleaning injectors any other ideas??
